Two of us going on holiday had driven for over 100 miles. The fare looked good, however we had two loaded breakfast baps. Baps uninspiring, however it was the strange metallic but oddly sweet taste was truly the most appalling breakfast that I have ever been offered. The bacon had the texture of my walking boots and the sausages were grey. Meat? no! Do yourselves as favour - go hungry. Conversely, after throwing away 3/4 of our baps, the croissants at the petrol station were quite nice.

I wanted a KFC but after being spoken to so rudely by the lady serving me I walked out. I didn’t catch her name but she was wearing a headscarf.

Popped in for Brekkie while staying at the Ramada. We ordered from The Good Breakfast. I had a Sausage & Bacon Bap. It was ok, nothing special but it was edible. Coffee was nice enough. My Sis & B-in-L agreed it was ok. Mrs B had more sense & had a Porridge Pot in the room!!

We stopped here on our way to London from Nottingham. It was very busy, but we managed to get a coffee & it was a welcome break. The toilets were not very good & are not looked at often enough.

Shame there isn't a no star option. Disgusting facility, toilets are totally disgusting and not fit for human use. I can't speak for the food as there was no way I was eating there even after a 3 hour journey. Don't try to charge your electric vehicle here either as you'll end up frustrated. 5 types of chargers here but none work. Wish I could have come in the Tesla as those are all working and there's 10 or so of them. Things to take away from this review. Don't go here if you're a human, if you do have to visit, it's only worth it if you're in a tesla.

Carlos the manager is fantastic. always has been my last 3 years attending here. Starbucks on the north side of Newport Pagnall the staff are all Iovely so is the manager from the cafe. An excellent team l, all are a credit to the establishment. Steve Pearcehouse- liason manager

Stopped off here at 1045 on 24/10/2021. Other than Starbucks all food facilities, including Waitrose was shut.

Stayed in Ramada opposite, read google reviews and was expecting cold food and slow staff. Was neither. Fast ordering via the machines, waited for order 5 minutes as was made fresh. All came hot and so I was able to walk back abs eat in my hotel room. Best Box meal for one had in years. Thanks so much. Great KFC.
I left my purse southbound in Starbucks . I realised when arriving at destination . I rang and spoke to a lady named Kinga, who went to check . I rang back ten minutes later . She told me a person had handed my purse in . Makes me humble and to know honesty was the main key here . I picked purse up 90 minutes later , handed to me by Kinga. She was lovely . Thank you so much . God bless

This was the cleanest service station I have visited The tables and floor were clean KFC was nice and taste fresh I would definitely return

This motorway service area, although offering a choice of services, has all the appearances of being a little tired looking and in need of a bit of TLC. Covid regulations are observed.

Having driven down to pick my new car up from Bedfordshire from off a night shift I called here to have a nap in my car. It was clear I was tired as I was out for over 2 hours. Anyway my point is I did not see the 2 hour max parking and got myself a parking fine. So much for wanting to be safe.

The food is good for the road. I have a restricted diet and easily found food I could eat. I appreciate that. What I didn’t like was the scams being run out in the car park. The first one was a guy who “broke his card in the services” and couldn’t get money for fuel. He’s asking people in the car park and saying he will pay them back tomorrow. The next scam was a dodgy white van pulling up alongside saying he’s on a delivery and asking if we were interested in buying a Samsung TV. I for sure wouldn’t feel comfortable stopping here in the dark if this is what’s going on in the middle of the day. Just pulled into the Northampton Services to see if any of these lot were there and the dodgy TV van was there trying to sell TVs. What is going on in this country? Be careful out there fellow travellers.
