Totally stingy on the chips. I couldn’t believe how few when I got home, disappointed, at £3 must have been 10p/chip. Fish was good though but I’d say a small not a medium

We ordered 2 large fish and 1 large chips When we got home i was so disappointed how much you get for £19 pounds. I know prices have gone up, the fish and chips looked like regular portion. Also the batter on the fish was over cooked and tasted a bit burnt, and the batter was not crispy more chewy and flat, and the bag was so greasy. this has happened a few times and we thought we give them another chance it seems to be the same every time. I have been somewhere else where you order a large fish and it hangs off ur plate and it is nice and crispy and not burnt, i might have to go to into Bedford but at least i know it going to be good fish and chips. And i know my fish and chips how they should be, my husband raved how good Enzo was but even he was so disappointed at the portion, and greasiness.

Quality fish and chips.. we travel 10 miles to come here.. why ? Because they offer gluten free every other week on a Monday! Bonus and they taste great too. Sit on the benches down the road and enjoy.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free available

Onto my fourth visit now on account of the Nautilus in West Hampstead being closed for their annual three week Holiday and each visit has been fantastic . Haddock and Chips freshly cooked to order , grab a stool (only three) and if the shelf alongside is vacant I eat in . The Fish and the Chips are perfection as is the service , a local friendly clientele tells its own story . You simply aren't going to survive selling rubbish to these People and in this regard the Nautilus in West Hampstead is exactly the same . I delight when something relatively simple like Fish and Chips is done well and at a reasonable price and Enzo manages this consistently . After the horror story that was Locanda Gabriella across the road I am left thinking I should have just come here because its simply excellent .Kid-friendliness: Kids both present and welcomeParking: Kerbside

Average fish and chip shop. Breaded fish cakes and saveloy sausages doesn’t feel very authentic British chip shop. Ordered a large fish but it certainly wasn’t. Chips were good, sauces are good and service was good. Hence all round very average nothing special.

Staying at a nearby cottage for a week we were lucky to be here on their bi-weekly gluten free day. On those days everything is made with clean oil and no gluten ingredients being cooked. For GF it was very good, people travel from away on these days.
Fantastic food, great service!Worth noting: the spam fritters are enormous!!!Great chip portion, nice and fresh very hot food. Loved every bite!

My family love Enzos Fish Bar. The best fish n chips in town by far! Great value for money and the people who’s running it are giving their best service. Very friendly! That’s why we don’t mind to travel 12 miles.
