What a lovely find. Warm and friendly welcome & really good food & coffee, we were lucky enough to be served by Eve, she has got that special something that every small business needs - efficiency, capability and a dazzling smile.

Totally rubbish “service “ waited for an hour for 2 sausage sandwiches and a jacket potato asked how much longer we were expected to wait….told 2 minutes then another 5minutes Then what totally was unacceptable a family who came in 15 minutes after us were served their food Lesson learnt we will not return! Staff do not give a toss unless you are part of a gathering then they will fuss about all over you I repeat NEVER AGAIN

Had a superb breakfast here at the weekend. Great atmosphere and very friendly staff. Made to feel very welcome. Definitely be back to try other things on the menu.

The food looked and tasted so good, I forgot to take a photo. Recommend booking as queues often out the door on weekends. Great service but get the feeling they are feeling a bit overwhelmed by demand!

Went on a Saturday lunchtime. Staff were busy, but when we were served, the service and food were brilliantKid-friendliness: We had a 6-year-old and a 4 month old, and we were well looked after

What was supposed to be a pleasent outing to Olney quickly deteriorated upon entering the Pancake Parlour. All around poor service, a mini milkshake for my child which came in a small plastic cup half filled with frothy milk and a teaspoon of Nesquik, devoid of any ice cream led to a sense of dread fearing what was to come. A frazzled 3x3 inch Belgian waffle with 4 chicken dippers thrown on top for more than £10 was nothing to be sniffed at, although I would rather have had a chicken bake from Greggs whos quality would have point this joints to shame. Alas they staff are unfazed, or couldn't be bothered. Neither could I actually, and we won't be back. Rather go across the road to Costa which blows this wreck out the water

Always a tasty and great experience, my partner and I make an effort to go at least once a month as they have great gluten free options that are always really tasty :)

A really good restaurant in a place you might not expect. Some of my favourites are the chicken and waffles, the biscoff pancakes and, though it was a special when I went, the fajita pancakes were AMAZING. Also, I had a really nice smoothie! Highly recommend!

We loved our visit here today. It was busy, and we hadn't booked so felt fortunate to get a table. Tables fill and vacate quickly so you wouldn't be waiting long if you have to wait at all, and believe me it's worth it.We had oat flat whites, the breakfast pancake and the notella pancake washed down with fresh orange juice.Everything was fresh, delicious and came up piping hot. The staff were wonderful, even though it was busy and chaotic (lots of children in, presumably because it was an end of half term treat). We will be looking for an excuse to pass again in future ☺️Dietary restrictions: Menu has some vegan and gluten free options. I didn't have gluten free but the vegan options I can assure were top quality, indistinguishable from the non-vegan.

Very mixed bag.Made a booking, entered and was seated in good time. Came and took orders no problem at all.We specifically asked for:X2 pancakes on a separate plate with banana and iced cream separate for our child.X2 extra pancakes on the side for myself as additional to my order. When the food came out, this was ignored and the food was presented normally because they thought it was easier/better that way, not that we know how our child will best eat of course, plus my pancakes were served with my partner's items not mine.I had a waffle and chicken with a "jug" of syrup, the jug is a tiny miniscule jam jar and a small sized waffle with perhaps 4 small chicken pieces which was all very dry.My partner's were nice she said. The service was odd, the drinks were served after the food as they were running behind and most of the servers were nice and polite apart from one older blonde lady who was rude and abrupt. In the end, none of it justified the price, especially the tiny "jug" of syrup.

Went in and was told would be 10 to 15 minute wait for a table by a member of staff and if we wished to wait we could sit outside with a coffee which us what we did having finished our coffee and realising nearly half an hour had passed I followed 2 ladys into the shop were a waitress was showing them too a table I also noticed some of the other tables had different people on them to when we first arrived.I said to the waitress we had been wanting for a table for nearly half an hour she didn't reply or even attempt to offer us the table. As I was about to leave the original member of staff appeared and started to make an excuse I told him it was too late for that and left and went to another establishment with some proper service skills. As for the coffee average and small.

We had afternoon tea here. All the food was delicious. Very nice hot pancakes and little cheese scones as well as the usual sandwiches, scones and cakes. A little noisy due to a children's party in the back but still very enjoyable.
