Worst Shell Deli, always out of food even at start of lunch, visited today at 12.30 manager is defensive instead of resolving the issues, 4th visit here no hot food, one of the Costa machines is out of order, shop a mess poor!

My God, I have never seen a person (staff) so unhappy and with lack life.I went for first time for fuel to this place yesterday 14/06 in the afternoon and I had in my mind the pump number 5, number 5... so I went to pay and the guy (man), asked me pump number and I said number 3, (don't know why), anyway... He immobilized quite unmotivated, bored and without encouragement, looking into my eyes and said what number? I repeated number 3, again He immobilized quite unmotivated, bored and without encouragement he said, number 3 isn't nobody. So I went to double check and silly me, yes it was in the number 5. So I paid and this man immobilized quite unmotivated, bored and without encouragement looked like a more furniture in the store. Unbelieveable, I don't if the owners or boss are making him do overtime or he has personal problems. However I think somebody should talk with him. Perhaps he might need help or support or such a kind of incentive. I don't remember seeing a person like him. Bless him.

Staff are attentive and polite and shop is presented clean and well stocked. However, the advertising boards, bushes, signs and general location of the garage make this a roulette wheel when approaching and exiting the busy roundabout…Please can someone look at this. I know there have been several accidents on this roundabout as it’s blind on approach from Longwick, this need to be addressed before someone is seriously hurt!

Why did they position a huge advertising board by the exit from the Longwick petrol station so that it obscures the view of approaching traffic approaching from the Risborough direction.It is dangerous, and could easily be moved a few metres inwards from the road.

A bad experience! Pulled up to fill the car and no one there to authorise the pump i waited just in case for about 3 minutes but no movement in the store so i went in to check and say hello. After another 3-5 minutes of saying hello and a gentleman appearing twice but not registering I’m standing there or saying anything like 1 moment I was greeted by the gentleman in the most appalling way, telling me off like some little girl. Telling me he was the only staff member there and got other things to do and to stop shouting!!! Well I’m so sorry your short staffed but maybe when you greet a customer you use a better manner like sorry about that how can I help or simply say 1 moment of either of the occasions you walked pass. I couldn’t help it after being greeted like that and suggested some education in customer service is in order and I wasn’t shouting just trying to get your attention by saying hello. Completely unprofessional verbally insulting a customer. If only he had said sorry we are so short staffed how can I help, it would of been a completely different experience and I would of just said no problem hunny I can wait. Some people have off days and I can look the other way but not on this occasion after being spoken in such a manner trying to belittle me.
