Fantastic we had my mother in law wake their the staff was fantastic not just saying it but the whole family was grateful for the support what they give my wife and her family. Me and my wife and the family still love the atmosphere as we are locals to this place besties pub in risborough.

It has big screens up showing sports etc which is not something we like ourselves. But we've been in a few times for a quick pint when these have not been on and it's been nice.

Just had an absolutely delicious roast dinner with the family.. Was truly spectacular. All the trimmings. Huge portions and the sides we ordered were not needed at all ? all round delicious experience. Highly recommend x

Surprised to find the High St only had one pub so we used it. Very tastefully renovated and comfortable for 2 adults and 3 kids 6 and under. The wide games choice kept the littlies amused. Enjoyed whitebait, plaice goujons, breaded garlic mushrooms with chips, and sossies for the kids. Excellent Morland bitter plus soft drinks. Only one choice, but a very good one. Lovely visit :-)

Edit. It would appear the smell was coming from a customer so have upgraded my review. Seems like a nice pub, a bit small. The abbot ale was nice.Original review: Nice beer, but the pub smells of wet dog and bleach
