I have never encountered such bad customer service. Agressive and very rude. I’m truly shocked that customers are met with such contempt.

I was there on December 17th, 2021 on the way to Scotland. A very friendly young woman with short hair and a tattoo was on duty.Then I met my rescuer who helped me by paying for me.Unfortunately he was quickly gone with his white car and I could only give him my white orchid through the car window ...Was a happy evening, was very grateful and bless the stranger and will never forget it. This gas station is my lucky place.

Rear window wiper ripped off in Shell Stokenchurch car wash and they blamed user error, found 7 other people it happened to just in my village! They refuse to accept responsibility. Avoid them for sure!

The car wash is out of operation more than it is working - very unreliable, and none of the staff seem to care.
Very helpful people since I was in trouble with my car and they did everything to get me find a solution.

Ridiculous member of staff. Rejected me for buying cigarettes even if i showed him my bio residence permit. He claimed that isn't a valid ID. THAT WAS ISSUED BY THE UK GOVERNMENT!

Be careful when buying any food from there as the Offers and Deals are not clearly labelled and even then will only apply to some items, even when others are labelled as to being in the offer. Just get fuel, although that also tends to be around 4p more expensive than in town stations.

Very rude staff members, customer service is below zero. Their coffee machines are filthy and fridges are moulded, careful if you are buying sandwich or cold drinks. Unpleasant visit will never go there again.
