“​This Sunday lunch was a complete standout and easily makes my top three Sunday lunches of all time. The shoulder of lamb was incredibly tender and melted in the mouth, a truly perfect portion. The roast potatoes were everything you could hope for—crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside. The gravy was delicious and complemented everything wonderfully. The vegetables were all cooked perfectly, and the cauliflower cheese was a definite high point, especially with those nice, crispy bits. The treacle sponge and custard was a fantastic way to finish. A truly faultless and memorable meal.”
