My wife and I are up in Cambridge for a couple of days. Whilst waiting for our film at the Vue we wanted a quick bite to eat. We found this lively little place right opposite the Vue and looking at the menu it was really inviting.Unfortunately the sandwich I was after was not avalible as they had run out of Brisket. So we for a couple of the small Flam-Kuche (skinny pizzas). We ordered the goats cheese one with a spiced cream sauce base and the pulled pork shoulder with the traditional tomato base.We were not wait long for these to arrive and my god they were really nice. We did go half and half so got to enjoy them both. This is a busy little place which to me shows it is a popular place to eat.I would totally recommend giving here a try and see for yourselves.Sorry there are no pictures, I was enjoying the food to much to remember.Only thing we felt it could do with is a little background music.

Great tasting food (the flam-kuche are brilliant) and really quick service too.

Went for a quick lunch today, waited a few more minutes than I'd have liked for the waitress but that was OK. Ordered a garlic bread starter and pizza. I had a present to pick up in the Grafton Centre so asked how long for food? Chef said 10 m for garlic bread, 5 for pizza. Great, I'll be back in 10. Got back and the chef brought me my pizza. Where's the garlic bread starter? He repeatedly pointed out that this was my mistake, he'd told me the pizza was going to be quicker. Maybe so but I didn't ask him to cook the pizza first (I've been there a few times and that's never happened, in my world unless customer specifies "bring it out as soon as it's made" then it's starter -> main). The oven pings and he brings over the garlic bread. I said I didn't want it then changed my mind. He walks past the waitress and says take the garlic bread off the bill. I thought, fair enough, thank you. Then the bill turns up, the garlic bread was still on there as was a tip. I thought I could stay and say something but instead thought come back and write a review that might be a better solution. Food good but getting irate and finger pointing at a customer never a good thing to do and then offering a discount and then rescinding that offer doubly bad.

Took my son here after a cinema visit. It’s the only place we like to eat in the Grafton Centre. We’ve been a few times before but this was our first visit in a while. Staff were friendly, attentive and happy to go the extra mile. We were told about the ‘kids eat free’ offer which was great. My son is picky so the pizza was made to his liking, which he ate all of. The loaded fries are unmatched from any other loaded fries I’ve had from anywhere else. Love that you can eat a whole pizza here and not feel bloated. Fresh, quality food in a relaxed atmosphere. Thanks once again.

Excellent lunchtime small goats cheese, beetroot and caramelised onion flatbread for lunch! Tucked away at the back of the Grafton Centre, it's well worth passing the larger chains to enjoy something different from Amélie.Highly recommended and I'll return on my next visit to Cambridge.

Not great, table was dirty when we sat down even though it wasn’t busy & waitress was standing around. I had Garlic prawns & there were only 5 or 6 which for £9.45 was not good value. Skinny Pizzas again in my opinion not worth the money. Coffees are one size in a very small cup for £2.75 & no option to choose small or large.Bit of a rip off! £50 for three of us for a light lunch & a 12.5% service charge added on without any option! Won’t be going back

The flatbread pizzas were lovely but very dear given their size and that they're flatbreads.

The thin crust meant that it didn't feel too filling, it had a generous amount of toppings with lots of flavour. The cajan chicken also had lots of flavour in the coating. The smoothies were refreshing and the customer service was really good. Lots of smiles :). Love the aesthetic of the place, will come back again 100%

This little restaurant would be "street good" if it was outside, but it has proper seating inside the Grafton, just opposite the cinema. This is a truly unique place, the only one in Cambridge that has Flammekueche on the menu (or whatever spelling they may choose for this famous Alsatian dish to adapt to the English; it is also called Tarte flambée in French). Please understand: this is not pizza! Yes, the restaurant uses this term (probably to better fit what people here know), and they even offer a red, tomato-based sauce like on a pizza (for the same reason). You can't blame them: they need to sell covers to the public that has no idea what this dish is. And I read reviews here that call it 'pizza' as a result....The Flammekueche is a very attractive dish, with white (cream based) sauce and a completely different dough. A variety of savoury toppings are on the menu, very wide choice, and most are delicious. I highly recommend this to you, both the dish concept and the Amelie environment and their pretty good rendering of Flammekueche.

Wonderful French style chicken pizza and sticky toffe pudding for lunch yesterday. Was able to pay via a qr code on my table and the service was friendly with a smile. Will return when I’m next in Cambridge

Really impressed! I was intending to take two kids to bella italia for lunch but ended up at amelie rather than wait for a table. We were spoken to straight away, the service was very friendly and helpful. One of the kids that was with us has allergies but they were to accommodate us all, double checked ingredients for me and we even get pudding !! (Often rare with allergies)It is a little on the pricey side but I think its warranted for how fresh and high quality the food is.We'll definitely be back.Kid-friendliness: One kid with various allergies and one that's just fussy, everyone was happy!Dietary restrictions: Pizza is made fresh so they were able to make GF to order

One of the best places to eat in Cambridge.Food is not only original (they are not pizza, they are Flam-kuche), it is also very taste and very high quality. The owners are just great people worried to provide the best service and quality to their product. The location is also great inside the Grafton. One of my favourite places indeed.Kid-friendliness: Familiar place, kids can draw the food van paper and later on stick their piece of art in the actual van.Parking: Again, you can use the Grafton car park.Wheelchair accessibility: Takes advantage of the Grafton facilities and the elevator can take you to the restaurant quite easily.

Food was disappointing. Due to the pizza base being so thin they aren't cooked for very long, this resulted in raw onion which was pretty much the overall flavour. Dirty fries not particularly pleasant and salad choices are poor if you don't like Feta.Refill drinks are overpriced as the glasses are small so I had to ask for 2 refills. Would prefer a pint and no refill.Oddly they were unable to split the bill and added a 12.5% charge for service.
