Never usually leave reviews but I Came here with my friend and we usually like bellia Italia so thought I’d use my birthday money to go for lunch But we come last Wednesday and was really disappointed We ordered the Mozzarella pasta and a pizza to share The pasta was so flavourless it was literally just pasta and a plain tomato sauce I even had to add some garlic and chilli oil and pepper to make it taste of something For like £15 for the pasta dish we feel like we was totally ripped of And the pizza had no cheese on it hardly I even asked the waiter if she gave us a vegan one, which she stated it was normal … But their was no cheese which was disappointing She didn’t offer a replacement or anything which was a shame . Ended up spending around £40 and not satisfied

Very poor management,was queueing for lunch, I see there is still many table inside the restaurant. However, the staff told us they only have table for 4 but not table for 2 of us. So I asked if 2 of us can seat on the 4 seat table, unfortunately, they told us to wait for half hours and they end up letting other more group of 4 in.I've been here few times already, the food service come ridiculously slow.

A visit to Bella Itaila restaurant was great. The service, food and atmosphere was top notch. We will definitely visit there again more than once. We were particularly captivated by the professionalism of the service. Everyone was very friendly, the food delivered to the table was at an express pace.With a pure heart I give 5 stars!

AVOID THIS BRANCH. THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY!!! WORST MANAGEMENT.Ordered on Uber Eats they gave me wrong order because they ran out of what I actually ordered. INSTEAD OF CALLING ME UP THEY JUST WROTE “sorry” on the bag. I was horrified. Went in person for refund and manager was rude and tried to say it was out of his power to refund me and to go through uber. Instead of blaming uber he should’ve refunded me. Food was awful anyways. Just terribly put bland box food served for double the price.Manager if you’re reading this symmm ?????? totally abrupt and unprofessional. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. STINGY PORTIONS.

The pizzas were not of a standard I expected. I saw through the kitchen opening that they go through a TOASTER for pizza's!! Taste was bad, texture was poor and this is not ok for a £11 pizza. Will not be going back to a Bella Italia for the food. Staff were friendly enough.

Olivia was very lovely server, the food was excellent, no complaints there, the dessert was a little slow coming out but nothing seriously to moan about, sat in a booth open to the Grafton center and felt a little cold, but nothing major. Good understanding of celiac and gluten free

We went for lunch today (Tuesday) there were a couple of people in and it did get busier before we left.Me and my partner both ordered a pizza, I amended my pizza and took off the spinach and onions to swap to mushrooms which were no problem.We were sat in a booth near where you come in and there was definitely a draft, we were going to move but the restaurant isn't really covered anywhere which lead to our food going cold very quickly. The bacon was so cold it had gone hard.The toilets were not in a good way (both male toilets and female toilets). They also smelt.The two members of staff we spoke to during our visit were pleasant.The table and seating area was clean.

Food was very quick to be delivered to our table. My partner and mines food was nice however for the price of around £14-16 of pasta, we both agreed the dishes could have been a bit bigger!! I was still hungry after our meal I had to go to kfc to get a light bite. Even with our garlic butter dough ball starter, there could have been a couple more dough balls. Overall, food was nice but expensive for how little quantity food you get.
