I ordered a special drink at this store however their kiosk displayed an error after payment. My account was already charged with the amount and they asked me to pay for the order again at the counter. Theh told me that refund should be processed on my first order in 1-2 days. This order was made on Feb 3, 2024 and until now the refund has not reflected.I went to the store earlier and they told me that they cannot do anything about it and asked me to contact the store owner (who is based outside UK) to have this settled.The employees showed no initiative to resolve the issue whatsoever and it feels like I was scammed as I paid twice for one drink.

This is the best bubble tea place in Cambridge! A great selection of traditional and more unusual flavours, and they're always very generous with their toppings. Taro milk tea in particular is nice and thick. You can choose your sugar and ice level which is fab and the service is incredibly quick. Tends to be quite quiet during the day so good if you want a break from the hustle and bustle.

This is the first Bubble Tea I ever had in Cambridge. Been going here since 2019, I really enjoy them. I had to write this review, because one day I went there with my boyfriend. They were playing Taylor Swift music and I said: "Wow, so nice, I love her music!" We were the only ones there with the staff. They were so lovely, they kept on playing Taylor Swift's discography until we left. Now, I don't know if they did that just for me, or because they like Taylor Swift themselves, but it made me so happy! 10 out of 10, would recommend!

Bubble tea was nice and the staff were helpful. The floor is quite sticky and the air circulation isn’t very good inside. I couldn’t stay to sit for very long unfortunately.

Stupid policy , you can't even decide how you want your drink .Can't choose how much ice , can't get extra bubbles even with paying , can't get extra syrup .Am I going to drink the way policy maker likes his drink or what !!

4 or 5 people milling around behind the counter. Quietest guy ever takes my offer, I can hardly hear him ask me questions. Order medium matcha tea with tapioca pearls, tasted lovely and can't fault it. However I didnt hear my order being called so a woman yelled "MATCHA" at me which seemed excessive. And after a bad experience of trying to pierce bubble tea and it exploding everywhere on me I always ask places to pierce it for me before I go. I got stared at like I had two heads and they were really awkward like "I cant touch your straw". Lovely bubble tea but awful customer experience. Wish I'd gone to the place down the street.

My go-to is their black tea latte which I regularly buy. Service is always quick and simple. I think the shop itself seems a little old and could be revamped a bit but that’s obviously not the staff’s fault. I’d recommend coming here! They put fresh fruit in some of the fruit teas too.Wheelchair accessibility: Doesn’t seem wheelchair accessible :(

Just went there. When we’ve ordered our tea they announced that no tapioca pearls are available, so we asked to add other types of pearls in the tea. But, by miracle, when next costumer came the tapioca pearls where available. So we have asked to add this in our tea. At a cost of 50p they add it. I believe are doing this just to get extra charge for the other types of pearls.Also what is shocking when you enter is that the floor was dirty, it looks like it wasn’t cleaned from last rain which was few days ago! We will not go there again!!!
