I am literally only writing this review to raise awareness as to what I’ve seen today - I’m assuming this was the manager/team leader and another coworker, but they were both ganging up on the male worker and complained that he did not clean the steamer. He even expressed how he feels about the work environment to his colleagues and said that if things do not change he will leave, all the team leader/manager had to say was that he “needs to mature and take criticism because he is an adult”. That’s disregarding, dismissing and belittling the employee/co-worker’s feelings. I work in hospitality too, he was serving customers and only forgot to clean one thing and could do it later? If it dried use a bit of D10 on a cloth to wipe it lol. They were nit-picking everything he did and every-time I’ve come in he has always served me with a smile and was quick. Manager/team leader went “scuse me” while I was waiting to pay just so she could pick up a chocolate bar ?. She then didn’t move out the way when I had to move to the side to wait for my order and just stood there. Had to squeeze past. When the conversation ended the two girls initiated it again by loudly talking about the male co-worker, causing him to react again. I felt so bad for him, and the fact the two female workers who were attempting to tell him how to work in hospitality totally foiled the atmosphere by shouting loudly about his work rather than speaking to him privately is not only humiliating to him ESPECIALLY infront of other customers, but ruins the atmosphere of how customer service should be. Rule #1 in hospitality mate you should never air your dirty laundry in public. It’s unprofessional and rude.Food and drinks have always been good, just felt I needed to say something here. I felt like I witnessed a bullying session.

Very near to Cambridge station few yards away from AZ office. I sometimes have my meetings with the clients here. The staff is accommodative and serves good coffee..

What an excellent warm, friendly young lady running this Costa all by herself on Saturday pm. It is very clean and tidy. (Unlike one we visited in Cambridge centre last week with maybe 5 staff standing around and mess everywhere). What a contrast!! Thank you for making this a much better experience.

the girl treats customers horribly, looks arrogant and corrects unnecessary details. I came with friends who do not speak English, from the moment she noticed this, she began to treat us arrogantly. I asked for a caramel frappuccino, she corrected that it was salty caramel. I asked for frappuccino popcorn, she said it was frappe popcorn. Also, they didn’t put sugar cubes on whipped cream in caramel frappe. There was little caramel, and the lid was not closed, all the cream flowed on me. Frappe popcorn was also made terrible. The lid is not closed, everything flows out, not much syrup, again, no topping on the cream. We also ordered iced tea, it was without ice and unsweetened. Terrible service, I will not take anyone to this Costa again. I spent £12.50 to completely be disappointed
