Very understaffed!!Around 20 customers and only 1 staff member struggling to cope.Popped in for breakfast rolls which were out of stock.Scrambled eggs and drinks took over 25 minutes to arrive. Other customers who came in after me left after standing at the counter unserved for 5 minutes as the only staff member was in the kitchen.

The food and atmosphere at Evolve is lovely however until recently. They see to be one member of staff down and they could not cope. Long queues for food and when asked for something that is brought every Friday we were told it could not be done as the food had been pre made that morning. I said that it was a shame and that the person who ordered it was annoyed and that we would maybe have to go elsewhere. There were not bothered by this and when standing waiting for our food we heard them quite loudly say 'well we don't want customers like that anyway' so guess what yes you have lost 3 regular weekly customers. I do wonder, why don't they have regular food vans anymore? Don't they need those either???

Went in there yesterday as my wife had an appointment next door. Ordered our drinks to have in. You know how you expect to wait then carry your drinks to the table at a chain café when it's not a takeaway? I, initially, thought that was the case as the American guy who served us called us to get our drinks once ready. I didn't think much of it whilst watching other takeaway customers waiting for their drinks before being called just like us. But after my wife went to attend her appointment I made an observation whilst waiting for her to return - once the American guy went for his break, the other female staff who was taking orders took tea or coffee straight to the customers' tables whenever the drinks were ready.So, what is your policy here? Are the staff making it up as they go along? Because when the American guy returned from his break and we were on our way out, i heard him say to a new customer, "I'll bring it over". He did thank us as we were leaving which makes him polite yet odd to not have followed the same brief given to the female staff.Anyway, drinks were fine, good vibe overall but I found the service to be uneven on the day.

Food is great and service was great too...Untill today when the large women with dark blond hair ruined the service. I ordered a jacket potato with tuna and cheese. It came with beens and cheese, so i said thats wrong i dint order that... i then got the look of death without even a sorry for messing up my order. It was corrected and braught out to me with a comment " the other ones in the bin!" You do not make the customer feel bad for your mistake its not acceptable. I asked her over 5 mins later and asked her to explain why she hadtold me that amd she walked off with "im busy " disgusting service

LOVE LOVE LOVEI get take away from Evolve and I couldn’t recommend more. The pizza is amazing and really good price , great portion sizes, the staff are so so lovely. Every experience with them has been delightful.
