Firstly, it was a gamble to try again and so glad we did. this is not the monstrosity that was the previous van, which gave us incorrect food and even a pen in the kebab!!!. Doydoy now has a new owner and is run by a very lovely and helpful lady. The food is absolutley beatuful. I have the lamb shish, and its so tender. The missus has the lamb also but with the chili sauce which she says is really good and spicy! I think its home made by the lady. The meal deals are quite good...read full review
Oh my goodness it was my 2nd time and they have great food. The best meatballs I've ever eaten. A very friendly lady served. It was very nice, everything was great, the conversation was also very good, I will come again, wonderful lady.
Would normally give 5stars but last couple of months the food hasn't been as good unfortunately, service has been a much longer wait than usual and have had some items missing on last order, as well as uncooked chips.... With prices going up.The new menu though looks great though. I'm not sure what's happened but I've always gone there for the best kebab in Cambridge. Unfortunately I cannot say that now. I truly hope it picks up again because the last two times I've purchased...read full review
