Had to wait 31 minutes for my order. In a fast-food!! Absolutely ridiculous. No apologies either. I’ve asked for my money back.

Food was very nice but chips were just thrown into the bag upside down which was annoying. The main counter always looks dirty and they hardly ever have napkins available. Asking them for napkins seems to be a huge inconvenience to the staff too. In general the staff seem to lack basic good manners. Decent seating area in the middle of the services. It's good food, but poor service.

Stopped here before a work shift, I thought there was a piece of chicken missed on my order and although I hadn’t seen it, when I said I can I just double check there’s a chicken fillet inside, the response I got was “what’s in the box” I so actually taken back by this that I said “sorry” and the girl said exactly the same thing again… my order took 15mins to receive. Will not use again after this experience

The girl behind the counter looked as though she hated everyone except her manager. The service was incredibly slow, and the way she chucked the food into boxes was like she had a chip on her shoulder. Absolutely miserable. Also an effort for her to put anything in a bag. Every person collecting their takeaway had to ask for one. The food felt like it had been sitting there all afternoon and the gravy was like water. Appalling for the price of it in my opinion!

This is supposed to be a fast food outlet. It was so slow and the staff were lost. You have to order at one of 2 screens and the queue was 10 people long which meant it was also very slow and it took 10 minutes to get to the ordering screen. Really very poor service. Not enough staff. Waited for 10 minutes after we ordered. Then the food was cold and not very well presented.

Very slow to get food which is not ideal for a motorway services. Sold out of half the menu including gravy. Not recommended in spite of friendly employees.

The guy who served me today had dreadful attitude. Piece of Chicken was tiny and wasn't fresh. Told me drink I picked on self service wasn't available when I collected order. The quality of KFC food in the U.K. has really gone downhill. What a rip off.

15 minutes late opening, then after queuing the machine to order the food didn't work. I reported it to the staff to find they didn't care. One to avoid.
