This company charged me for a booking that I didn't even make. I spoke to the manager and she was completely rude, offered no help whatsoever and even lied by blaming a third party website. Find somewhere else

Excellent value. I stayed in a small single which was adequate for my needs. The place was clean. The en suite was excellent. The guy who looks after the place was friendly and helpful.No complaints. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Amazing Guest House, with an ideal location just 10 minutes from the City Centre, and incredibly reasonable rates for somewhere as expensive as Cambridge. Would highly recommend.

Simple guest house located about 20mins walking from the centre of Cambridge. My room was clean and comfortable although it was a bit cold at night, and couldn't turn on the radiator as it was stuck.

Ok location but very small and dusty room. If you are slightly allergic as I am stay well away!Weird horrible smell. I stayed for 5 nights and as soon as I walked into the house every eve I could feel the dusty old smell. Not recommendable.My bed was on the floor, no legs! Weird room setup ever!

The room was cosy, quiet and clean and the bed very comfortable. However there was no hot water in the morning for a full half hour which made for a frantic start to the day as I was delayed in having the hot shower I'd been looking forward to, and got late. I'd give it a much better review if they'd invest in some combination boilers to ensure that there's hot water on tap all the time for everyone: if it's full and everyone's having showers at the same time, a cold shower or using water from the kettle is NOT a good start to the day.
