As a tourist I missed seeing the Cajun chicken burger and grilled chicken options, such as the fold over wraps we have on our South African menus. I disliked the dip sauce options with my nuggets. South Africa has a jalapeño dip that pairs well with the chicken nuggets. (It enhances the nugget flavours) Overall, I was satisfied that the cheeseburgers and nuggets and chips tasted the same, just the menu was different and I couldn’t have my regulars.Dietary restrictions: Sell patties separately for people who want to buy more patties and those who don’t eat bread.

The assistant manager "Andrew" on duty was rude and borderline racist- extremely unpleasant experience in such an elite institute. We ordered the meal and then some extras on a family day trip to Cambridge. Both their card reader and our bank accounts showed that transactions have been approved. The lady at the counters told us to wait for our food. Our number also showed on the pending screen. But after a long while, we received no food. Other people ordered after us started to receive their food. I asked Andrew who was fuzzing around with one of the machine there. He directly accused me that my credit card fried his machine, simply because the machine did NOT print out the receipts for us. Despite I showed him on my phone that the two transactions were clearly pending on my bank account. He just continue accused me for not paying and refused to provide the service. He looked down at me and spoke racistly about us as being foreign tourists. Since we were in a rash to catch a bus, our friend paid again upon Andrew's request, so we could get the meal.Andrew's attitude and behavior totally unexpected. I have to call my bank afterward to dispute the charges. Completely unnecessary waste of time and emotion in an otherwise pleasant family trip.

Always go here for a quick meal, it's in City Centre, best times are when kids are at school, as can get rowdy, Hot food and in good time of ordering. It's easy to find an empty seat.

My grandchildren and i love a cheeky big Mac on a saturday night. Sometimes it isn’t a very good atmosphere as youngers (especially teens) like to blast music, smoke effy bars and make huge disruptions to people who are trying to eat their food. This makes my grandchildren and i quite frightened and feel unsafe. One boy is in there a lot! His name begins a z and he is very tall! Please sort this out thank you

The place was good very spacious and many machines to order, there is only one thing that kinda annoyed me. The time the customer in front of me ordered, i remember there are 3 people together I suppose they are friends just chatting with the worker in the counter waited about 5 min before I get to pay, I understand chatting with other people is necessary but you shouldn’t take so much time fooling around during rush hour. And from what I have seen they ordered was only 1 mc flurry each… other than that my items arrived in less than 5 min which is very good. Need to improve with the employees

We wanted 2 hot chocolate in the bitterly cold weather. Confused about the waiting system. Someone in the queue told us our number was ready, although it never appeared on the screen. The drinks are extremely sweet, too sweet really. Very cheap and cheerful.

Zero stars. Placed an order for delivery. Was missing 2 burgers and fries. Essentially 2 people’s meals were missing. I called and they said delivery drivers work separately for them and can’t re deliver. But the issue is not with the delivery team they did their job and delivered. It wa the McDonalds crew that did not put the meals in the bag. Very unhelpful

The food was as you'd expect for a McDonald's, the restaurant does get rather crowded as there aren't many McDonald's in Cambridge and they are very popular. I have had a recurring issue with their self ordering machines not printing receipts but beyond that they always get my order right and I have no other issues.

We ordered table service and sat in the upstairs area (it was open). About 10 minutes into waiting for our order, we were told that they're closing the upstairs area. So we had to relocate to the ground floor, where we were barely able to find a free table.I think, even in the very very cheap chain restaurant, it is never acceptable to ask people to move once they have been seated. Shameful.
