Ordered for next day delivery. Turned up for the order and they were shut. Spent ages trying to get through to head office. Finally the shop opened and I've never seen a worse personalised order and the girl blamed the pipe size as to why you couldn't read the writing! She redone it and it was even worse with icing smeared across the cookie and still completely not readable. I asked her to start from scratch and she refused. Now waiting an age demanding a refund which she csnt do and needs to call head office to sort. It's awful service and terrible attitude from the girl. Never ordering there again.

Stopped here as a treat for myself and the kids. We do like a millies cookie although I find them quite expensive. We had 6 cookies for just over £5 and 3 cookie pops and a ghost Halloween cupcake. This in total was just over £12. There's usually a queue but it tends to move quite quickly.Other than the price, I found server very rude. She seemed to have an attitude. I'm not sure why. I don't know if it's her dislike of her job, or people etc. It did irk me, but to save myself from an argument. I just made my order and paid.

Sandeep and Hamsa were exceptional and delightful team members, displaying immense friendliness and offering valuable assistance. The cookies consistently maintain their softness and freshness, all while being reasonably priced. Additionally, the cookie cakes are a remarkable treat with an outstanding flavor. I definitely plan to revisit to enjoy their excellent shakes.
