The bloke greeting us had zero social skills, no communication. Resteraunt was empty so we sat wherever but he got in a sulk because we walked off. I told him not to take so long next time, he then put the high chair at a completely different table, very juvenile.
We sat ages to order then when we asked this one girl made it apparent nobody is interested in taking orders got to do it yourself on the QR code.
WIFI was so slow ended up ordering some pigs in blanket pizza was very grim covered in sugary sauce.
What made me laugh is online it asks if you want to tip the staff, FOR WHAT?
The only thing they need to do is seat and greet and even made a mess of that.
Pizza hut well and truly gone down the toilet, salad cart clearly comes out of bagged pre prepped salad. cucumber already going brown

Try to go buy two pizzas meals. No one attended me, making me wait a long period of time, without acknowledging me after i called multiple times. Told me he was coming but never did. After 5-7 minutes, Only after pressing the ring he came. But even after that was frustrating, the man attending me couldn't understand anything i said making me repeat so many times. I don't think was even a language barrier, he just seem to have a earplug on his right ear probably playing something during our interaction. After i finally menaged to complete my order I was told I whould have to wait half an hour, which is allot of time and inconvenient and I whould have appreciated if I received warning ahead of the time. Important to point out the shop was empty. Terrible costumer service, if pizza hut is struggling i believe is also for things like this. I love pizza hut pizzas but there's is simply better service and standards out there. Just hope my pizza is worth the trouble.

Misleading promotion on the app. I've been trying to order and take advantage of the promo for 3 days! After entering my card details and confirming the transaction on my bank app when I confirm authentication on the pizzahut.co.uk app it goes on a loop and I can't order.
