I did not receive my order, i called and was told to call like 5 different numbers all with someone telling me they cant help me.The store then refused to pick up my number but picked up my colleagues number immediately.Absolute worthless customer service, if i could give a 0 star i would.DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THE WEBSITEAtleast deliveroo would be easier to get a refund.The lot of them have the combined IQ of a wooden spoon.

Ordered a pizza and wings, both arrived slightly before the estimated time which was very welcome, and the delivery driver Esty called me before arriving so collecting the pizza from my door was easy.

Walked in to collect my pizza. Called out for someone to serve me several times. Actually ordered online FROM THE STORE to get someone to serve me. Staff were useless and told me I should order delivery...to where? Their own store? Clueless and irresponsible.
It used to be a hit and miss but recently they have been performing perfectly when I collect in person. Correct orders every time, good time, and polite.
