I nipped in on my way back from doing a last bit of Xmas shopping, as usual it was pretty busy even for a lunchtime. I went for the French onion soup to warm me up and it certainly did that and it was tasty as well with a lovely bit of cheese on the croutons then came my lamb chops,chips and salad which didn't disappoint either. An excellent steak restaurant in Cambridge. We had high expectations when we saw the dry aging cabinet, and we were not disappointed. I had a rib eye, which was a good portion and cooked perfectly. My fiancé had the burger, which was also perfect. For dessert, the staff gave my fiancé a tiramisu to celebrate. It was a very nice way to begin our trip to England.

Went for my husband’s birthday with friends. Nice friendly greeting and a chilled vibe inside. Steak was really good and I thought good value. Fillet steak, potato gratin, coleslaw and peppercorn sauce for £33. Nice glass of rose too. The steak was cooked to perfection. Lovely and blackened on the outside and med rare in the middle. Melt in the mouth.
