Popped in for a coffee 2 min before they were closing today after 3 weeks in Africa I was desperate for my iced latte. Got served by Yuriy lovely young gentleman who was so kind and nice and as someone who also has worked in hospitality I can tell you it takes an extra great employee to be so kind to the last person you serve for the day! Would give him more than 5 stars if I could! You should promote him to store manager as he clearly is all about customer satisfaction!

Please don't list this as wheelchair/disability accessible when the disabled toilet has been out of order for over a week. This needs to be changed on the listing here and also put on the door before drinks are bought! Staff are friendly but this needs to be sorted ?Wheelchair accessibility: currently it's not.

This store is the worst. One of the workers told me I had to buy something after I asked for a cup of water (because she had seen me before and I didn’t buy something but just had some water and used the wifi), so I agreed and asked for a mozzarella and tomato sandwich which she refused to sell because her staff had closed down the toaster and fridge items nearly 4 hours before closing time! Not only that, but they had a bunch of seating closed off HOURS BEFORE CLOSING TIME. I told her this wasn’t fair, for her to ask me to buy something and than refuse to sell me the item I wanted because they were in such a hurry to get off work sooner. Some of the most unprofessional bad customer service I’ve ever experienced at any of the Starbucks here in Cambridge.

We went in with a happy smile but ended up leaving disappointed.. Staff was very grumpy felt like we were bothering them by ordering coffees.. We left the coffee shop and wished them a good day, we heard nothing but silence as a response. First time when in Starbucks coffee we were treated like we done something wrong just by entering the shop . Big No. In general I love Starbucks coffee shops but this one was special which left us suprized not in a good way. Coffee was very tasty loved it ❤️☕

Good and peaceful place for studying or coding, with spacious seating arrangements. They offer mug service for in-store consumption, which I haven’t noticed at other Starbucks locations—nice touch!

Made me a PSL but made it far too sweet I couldn’t finish it, missed my extra shot that I asked for. My friend asked for a drink without cream was given with cream and the barista used their finger to take it off of the top and handed her the same drink back? Not okay.

I know Starbucks is kinda basic and other places offer truly fabulous coffee that's out of this world, but Starbucks has it's own thing and they are doing it really well. I ordered Strawberry Waffle Cone Cream Frappuccino and it tasted amazing!

Bit of a stretch to call a 3" long cup a "tall" coffee... very, very disappointed for over £9.60 for 2 drinks that are supposed to be "salted caramel maple" flavoured, I would at the bare minimum expect them to be "salted caramel maple" flavoured but no, very very bog standard coffee, to the point where the unsweetened instant coffee I have at home tastes nicer that the stuff I was served here! And again, to call a 3" tall coffee "tall" is extremely misleading, not to mention that 75% of it was ice.
