My husband and I visited this store on Sunday 26 feb. I waited in line to be served with just one customer behind me in the queue, the young man serving decided to serve the lady behind me first, I assumed he thought I was already being served so didn’t worry - these things happen, a second member of staff came back to the till along with another customer and asked me to step back out of the way, I am now in between the customer being served by the first member of staff and the customer that has been bought back with a payment query, so a bit squashed!! I did explain that I was just waiting to be served but again I was asked to move back out of the way - his exact words “ step back please madam”. First member of staff moves off to do something else, I’m still stood there like a lemon and feeling a bit cross, but eventually served by second staff member. We wait at the end of the serving area for our names to be barked out by a young lady preparing the drinks - I know they’re busy, I know they have to use short quick commands to get the job done quickly but we went there for a “chill out” cup of coffee. My name is barked out, we retrieve one cup but can’t tell if it’s the latte or hot chocolate we ordered so as she’s doing the next cup I just ask if that’s the latte one, without looking up or any pretence of politeness she’s just barks out “yup” and walks off. Seriously the rudest shop I have ever been in, 3 members of very rude, unprofessional staff!

Most expensive and worst cup of coffee ever. I recall drinking Camp Coffee after the war. It was, and still is, coffee essence, made from coffee and chicory. That was bad enough - this was worse.

Enjoy coming here, it gets super super busy at times, so more often than not you won't be able to find a seat meaning you won't be able to eat in.\\nFrom my experience here staff are quite quick to get thru the long queues.

Quick service but unfortunately the barrister (Leah) told me there was no caffeine in the chai tea latte when there clearly was. She treated me like I was crazy for asking if they did decaf! Not happy with the service at all, I work front of house and I manage to do it with a polite friendly attitude so it is possible.

I like this Starbucks. It's in a good location in the Grand Arcade, but it does get very, very busy, and during peak times it's impossible to find a seat. The area is open too, and some of the seating is outside the store itself, so it can be rather noisy and crowded if you go during busy times. The store is clean, the staff are lovely and friendly, and they've never got my order wrong. Would recommend.

Really like Starbucks. Only issue is the loud music playing all the time makes it's hard to relax while enjoying a drink. But the coffees are nice and food is good.

On a day's visit to Cambridge, we stopped in the center of the city for a cup of coffee, which was good. It was interesting that they did not accept cash, but had to pay with a credit card. The establishment was fairly busy and like all Starbucks, restaurants is self service. Good experience.

Im lactose intolerant and I always make sure that they will put soy milk whenever I order. This time I ask the lady who made my order if she poured soy milk cuz I was hesitating with the bottle of milk she used but she said it was soy milk with a confident but it wasn't, just for few minutes drinking I have suffered a lot. If they can only orient more their staff about the importance of correct order because it is really important for everyone especially with people who has intolerance or allergy.

Get more staff or teach them to be efficient. Absolutely pathetically slow service. No one is actually trying to serve the customers quickly. Standing around playing with their hair.

Slow service, tables not cleared from previous customer, coffee only luke warm. No gluten free snacks whatsoever.

Ordered a soya cappuccino and basically got an empty cup full of froth..when I questioned it I was told that's what a cappuccino is and to expect a cup of froth. I then went onto to argue that I have a cappuccino every day and although it has froth I at least get a something to actually drink.. they then replaced it..with something to drink.. but I didnt need the argument to be honest..it should have been replaced straight away..why would I want to wait for an extra 5 mins for another one.. the barista went on bang about making the coffee then more of less threw it at me.. she was rather annoyed and her customer service was..no existent.. won't use this starbucks again..
