Absolute horrible customer service. Wouldn’t recommend it to anybody. I have been to most subways in Cambridge and have always had a good service but this one is the worst. Workers are rude. The Lady serving me Messed up my order and didn’t even tell me there was no salsa for my nachos. Still hid and gave it to me and when confronted then she said there wasn’t any salsa! Why not say that before I paid for it. Rubbish service. Also very stingy with portions! Heard a lot of bad things from other people but today I witnessed it first hand. Never coming here again and telling everyone I know not to as well.

Yes it was busy yes it was a very sunny day but when you ask for a sub salad and they give you a tiny handful of lettuce and don't even cut your meats up just clumped it all in a bowl , not good I wonf be going back to this sub
