Stopped in while passing south on the nearby A14, looking for somewhere for a quick dinner somewhere with charm and character and also dog friendly (ie. not Cambridge Services!). We certainly found it here at The Three Tuns.Dogs are welcome in the non-carpeted areas, and the staff happily accommodated us quickly as walk-in. The building is delightful with its thatched roof and original exposed beams, and the food and service were both great! Highly recommended for a stop when passing on the A14.Parking: Limited parking right out front.

Only stopped for drinks. Been told by a local the food was very good. Service was fast and helpful. Plenty of seats inside. Massive beer garden out back. Would recommend and would go again.

A lovely pub with a great atmosphere. We enjoyed an excellent meal, everything cooked to perfection and nicely presented. Staff very friendly. Would definitely recommend and we will visit again.

A friend and I met for an early supper on a Tuesday recently. The pub restaurant was understandably very quiet but still had a warm atmosphere. The staff were very friendly, we were asked what drink we wanted as we sat down, so no need to go to the bar!The choice of food for us ( as we avoid gluten) was fabulous! We both went for the Korean chicken burger which can come as a GF option. I have to say it was amazing! No pudding as we were both full!Thank you for a lovely evening ?We are planning to return very soon.

Delicious Sunday lunch with some interesting vegetarian options. Friendly staff and prompt service made our visit an excellent one. Being dog friendly was also a pleasant surprise ?

Awesome Sunday lunch, great place to just chill and relax on a Sunday afternoon (well anytime really). Great choice of food on a Sunday, I have the Sunday Roast Beef, and it was so tasty. Highly reccomend.Kid-friendliness: There is a kids playpark in the lawn of the pub.Dietary restrictions: A member of our party was GF, and the choices avalible to him were extensive, he even got a GF yorkie with his Sunday roast.

Looking for somewhere between 3 different parts of the country for a meet up, and this place popped up. Very welcoming. Food lovely, particularly the Sunday roasts, an outside/under cover area is fantastic, able to sit with dogs and allow kids to play on play area. We'll likely be back!

Great pub for an evening meal. The food was good but the red berry mojito was even better, the cocktails here are definitely recommended! Lovely atmosphere, the staff were great, there was a man playing the piano all evening which we really enjoyed and it is dog friendly. I would definitely go back there again.Parking: Plenty of parking outside the pub.

As an ex-landlord of this beautiful pub, it was great to see the stunning work that the current proprietors have done. The place looks fabulous and really is worth a visit (or two) if you are in the area. First class service by the smartly dressed bar staff too. Well done!

Perfect multigenerational family meal out - good value set lunch menu (2 courses for £17) with a nice range of dishes, and a nice simple kids menu (our 2.5 and 1 year old shared a kids portion and that was plenty). We were seated out in the covered pergola area which was warm and sheltered from the rain on a cold and dreary summer day but enabled the kids to run around outside in the garden in our sight when the rain stopped! Friendly, unhurried service.
Table for five. Staff were very pleasant and helpful as we had to delay our arrival time. Generally everyone agreed the food was good although the fish was slightly over done. Would go again. Good value.Parking: When busy not easy to get parking but plenty street parking

Specifically planned to eat at this pub after getting recommendations from the pubwalk app.Left extremely disappointed, as after driving for an hour and a half we were told that they had ran out of food and were only serving nibbles.Absolute waste of a trip, won’t be coming back.Appreciate we hadn’t booked ahead of time but you’d expect there to be some food at that time of day, not just finger food.
