Went in to test out which hot chocolate to buy. Picked up a taster cup and an employee literally snatched the cup out of my hand and rudely snapped "it's just milk'" to me. Clearly she hadn't finished making the hot chocolate yet but there was no indication of this when I picked up the cup initially. The rudeness of this encounter made me and my family feel really uncomfortable. Another employee came over to me and said that one of the hot chocolates tasters was, in fact, finished so I had to ask for another cup, since the first employee had taken them all away. Overall unbelievably poor customer service from the first member of staff!

Nice little shop of the Whittard chain. They have a wide variety of tea, coffee, hot chocolate as well as tea accessories. I bought a very nice tea infuser as well as a few boxes of hot chocolate. You can taste a few options. I really enjoyed their luxury hot chocolate and salted caramel one. The Polish lady who served us (I didn't get her name) was very friendly and helpful. You can join their mailing list and get your receipt on your email. They also give you a few free samples to go.

We went there today, they have amazing teas. However, we had an akward experience: we were trying some tea samples and we bought a few boxes of them. After that, we went back to try the hot chocolate drinks and the girl working in there came and rudely kicked us away from the hot chocolate samples. It was really rude and unpolite.It is a pity that such a good shop has this kind of super rude and unfriendly people working on them, I really regret buying them those tea boxes after being treated this way.

I really love the witthard shop in cambride. Because there are loads of viraity of tea and coffee.And i really llike the coffee bags that i got from here for myself.And I love my glass cup.I will come back and get some tea in bags.And the staff are very helpfull in finding your coffee or tea.And the staff are warmwelcoming. And the pricese are right for the tea and coffee.And i will return and buy some more from you guys.

Lorraine served us today. She and her colleague were a delight. My kid's popped into the store room as they thought it was part of the shop, and the staff were so good with it. We all tasted the delicious hot chocolate and the flavours were out of this world. They gave the kids a sticker too which really helped after a long day out. Thanks.
