This is a beautifully presented cozy village pub with a wonderful summer garden, fantastic selection of beer and drinks, fine British food, and very welcoming and caring service. Highly recommended for any public event, family eat out or comforting drink. We had a great memorable evening at Plough and Fleece and John and Zoe are lovely and gracious hosts ??

Excellent meal freshly cooked, nicely presented and served piping hot. We waited a while for our food, but were in no hurry and enjoyed the restaurant's lovely atmosphere. It was very busy, indicative that it is a very popular eating place.

Travelling from Birmingham to Norwich on a freezing January night and saw this pub as we hunted for somewhere for dinner, near the A14. The Plough and Fleece was a lucky find indeed. Very friendly staff and great food at a very reasonable cost. Hope to return and would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to eat in this neck of the woods

Excellent Christmas meal out in Plough and Fleece pub last night for our team Christmas works do. Nothing too much trouble for landlord John Cross from first enquiry email to last choc after dinner mint. Food was lovely apart from sprouts being a little too hard and Brie pot too over done. Excellent waitresses and bar staff too. Lovely atmosphere and we had a long rustic table beautifully set out in a quiet area of the pub. Will definitely be back with my own family . Well done all !Vegetarian options: Tasty and well presented

Nice meal, good welcome too! Friendly landlord and staff. The home made pie was lovely, as was the cheese platter .Unfortunately it was rather cold inside when we went. iffy house wine would be my only other negative point.
