Place was empty , service was just ok. Pizza was ok but covered in something that might have been meant to be parmesan but was more like sawdust. I had ordered a side salad and was given a small head of lettuce, divided into quarters and covered in dressing. It was served on a pizza dish

The waitress was attentive but later too busy since she was working by herself.Pizzas very greasy, bland and extraordinary greasy. Not worth the money. The tables are very narrow, almost too small for 4 people to share.Could do with a good clean all over.

The lady behind the bar was lovely. I asked for the menu and she gave it to me and took my order very quickly. She laughed at a joke I made which is always a bonus and was spot on predicting when my pizza would come. This took about 5 mins and another order of 4 came out before mine. I just ordered a margarita which was lovely since it had herbs and some tomatoes on aswell. There were many vegetarian options aswell as a kids deal on. Great Pizza, Great Service.

Genuinely terrible.Walked in and didn’t get acknowledged at all. Sat down and then had to go and find a menu from another table as the staff member still hadn’t come over to us at all. Then went up to the bar and paid £40 for two pizzas, wedges and two drinks. The food came pretty quickly, but I can see why.The pizzas were both bland and tasteless but very greasy. We then found two hairs in one of the pizzas. The wedges were plain and luke-warm.Overall not worth £40 at all and would have rather gone to McDonald’s.

Not the best experience eating there. Lack of stuff and the Greek lady working there was straggling to do everything on her own. We had a good chat and that was the only positive there. The food was very expensive, £70 pounds for 2 pizzas, 2 small salads and 4 soda drinks!! We ripped off!!! Very expensive for the quality there . Not enough cutlery and overall place was in bad condition. Who ever owns this place should be trained how to run a restaurant!!!

The place was nice but quite untidy, tables not clean. Pizza the best in UK but the middle age ,blonde lady with glasses which was working there was very bored and treated us like rubbishes even if there were only two tables busy. I've been working years in the same industry and she was very "bitter and unprofessional". Not a way to attract customers and hopefully she will be informed about the review.

I was picking my daughter up from Cambridge and we needed somewhere quick an easy for lunch. I would have settled for bog standard services food. This was an absolute treat. Fast quick service and delicious. All thin crust, but as good as you will find along the motorway. Would absolutely recommend.

Simple but delicious pizza made better with chilli oil and garlic mayo ? ??

The waitress was incompetent and clueless. The pizzas were terrible and inedible. Garlic/Cheese, no garlic or cheese. I asked for a pepperoni pizza with peppers, onions and mushrooms but only got the vegetables no meat whatsoever. My partner asked for a margarita but with no taste this was terrible. Then we had to vacate the restaurant as it was after 9pm even though my partner still had a drink.Don’t go to this restaurant, ever!!!

My experience was good. I arrived at around 20.20hrs. There was one lady waiting at the bar for her take out pizzas, and one family who had just a drink to take away. I was served, by lovely gentleman Deb (Debojyoti) and the chef tonight was Jaloh. I had the Carne 13 inch pizza swapped out the chillies with mozarella. With 2 bottles Coka Cola, the drinks at £3.50 each, were nearly as expensive as the pizza. But overall bill £18.95 definatly better and cheaper than Pizza Hut.The only low point I feel is the fact this lovely place shuts so early, whilst I was there 5 customers were turned away. I myself have been turned away when tried to eat there last time. Please can it be open at least until 22.00hrs? This allows passing trade, like me on way home after 12 hour shift, others stopping at services or checking in hotel next door to have a decent pizza. The bosses or franchise are really missing the chance to earn more, and meet needs of those wishing to use them.Business sense, profits gained would afford staff to extend trading hours, make great business sense. Please also have a notice stating last serving times and when actually open and closed, would be helpful. This also will promote better numbers and reduce rejection and disappointment in the customer experience and improve attendance. The negatives are easily fixable. Hope the decision makers read their reviews. Look forward to reply comments or if you support? Thanks for reading.Parking: Part of Cambridge Services off A14

Staying at the services and went here late evening for something to eat the staff were fantastic serving us I think we were the last table in for dinner. The pizza were nice and very reasonable price but not my cup of tea pizza boyfriend and his son liked them.I giving three stars for the pizza but the two members of staff that served us deserve a 5 star each still friendly at a end of a long day of waiting on people

Waited at PizzaLux on the way back from London. What a pleasant surprise. Great food and wonderful hospitality. The cherry on the cake was that dogs are allowed. Will definitely go again for the wonderful pizzas.

This is a great place to distract from a long car journey with some delicious pizza, beer and board games!

We were driving by the site, while on a trip. We stopped for necessities and a relaxing moment. Pizza Luxe appeared offering a relax situation. We entered and were welcomed by a friendly lady, guiding us to a table. We were handed over the menu’s and offered a few minutes before ordering drinks and dinner. Everything on the menu appeared nice, unfortunately no pasta’s, but pizza’s were fine. I ordered a Pepperoni. Shortly after ordering we were serve our 3 pizza’s, which tasted great. A small though important detail, I believe, is the fact a base should be crunchy when served. Not just the outside, but also the centre. A flaming hot stone in the oven will offer this. A hot oven will also shorten preparation time… No criticism, just a suggestion to get really succulent pizza’s. We’ll return for sure.
