Went here for lunch and found the service to be seriously lacking and starters came out cold. Wouldn't recommend.

Is our “home” fantastic place to eat with our family and friends nice environment the service is top notch. The food taste is like home lovely sangria, the waitress always doing their best always asking if is everything okay. Lovely food and well served portions is our Portugal in Peterborough. Myself and my husband visited last night. I had francesinha and it was delicious! Hubby had Frango assado and said it really is the best chicken. The service was great and the food came really fast. Portuguese food really is the best!!

We understand why we wait for so long, about 2 hrs for electrical problems solving but after payment of meals no apologies no thanks even no minimum compensation to customers about situation reported.

Had a meal from here today food was uncooked and coldTold the Waitress who politely took it away and apologised and told me she would sort it out and let the chief knowIt came back and it still was uncooked and cold which the Waitress agreed with. Anyway went to leave and was handed a bill to pay for both uncooked food. Had an argument with the manager who threatened to call the police. Told him go ahead am not paying for something which is not cooked.Anyways left.Now the little food I've eaten has given my stomach cramps and I've been vomitingVery disgusting is under statementThe worst Portuguese ever

Very poor service. We called at 5:00 and we reserved a table. We were told at 8:30 to call back to tell them what we wanted. So we did. We arrived at 9:00 and were seated. We asked for some juice which turned to be a month past expiry day. After that we asked for other bottles and they refused to give them to us. At 9:25 we were ordered. The weird thing was we already gave our order when we called at 8:30. At 10:00 we still didn't have our food so we complained and we were told we ordered at 9:25 and it was normal that it took an HOUR just to get our food. Although, we told them our food at 8:30 they told us we had to wait an extra half an hour. After that we decided to leave and never return.

Unfortunately the food was unacceptable, the fried Calamari and chips dish was really not nice and no one ate it. The vegetables were way over cooked and all way too ‘pappy’ to be eaten and again pushed aside. Pretty much all the food seem to have been frozen and then just reheated in a microwave. Based on the rest of the other 3 dishes, we will most definitely not order from there again. I was sooo embarrassed to serve this to my friends and in the end after a polite effort the food ended up in rubbish bin. One meal going wrong is still ok as taste and a bad day can contribute to that ... but 5 different dishes .... definitely not again! If I must leave a honest review, it was super disgusting!I must add though that the staff were very friendly.

Having recently come back from Porto, my boyfriend and I were craving a Francesinha sandwich - it’s basically a Portuguese version of a Croque Madame, but with a lot more meat. We found out about this place and went and gave it a try. We really weren’t disappointed. The staff were really friendly and welcoming and the food was spot on. For the price you pay, the amount of food is great - we will definitely be going back and have already recommended it to friends.

Food took ages to arrive and when it did finally arrive it had hair in it. Sent it back for it to come back within 5 mins. Food was not fresh and tasted vile. Group of 17 all not happy with this experience or the food Waitresses that first served us had some hygiene issues as she did leave behind an awful smell each time she went by. Others did also complain about her and we didn't see her after that but the level of serve got no better Any decent place would respect their customers rather than belittle and serve real food. Will never visit again staff including the so called manager were rude place was dull even the 1 star given is a massive overstatement would have given a minus 5 but they are lucky they get a 1.
