There is so much potential for a great cafe, although it does appear a little shabby. Food is inexpensive, but the quality is mediocre. You pay for what you get, I suppose. They provide special deals for people over 60, although I am not sure how popular they are. It does not appear to be very busy most of the time.

Dirty tables. Not much variety of food. Not enough warm food. Staff are rude and unhelpful. Absolutely disgusting food that was available. How are they still opened.

Staff are unfriendly, unwilling to even acknowledge customers waiting. Saying there is no more pizza but then putting in whole pizzas moments later. Awful

Nice food, friendly staff.

Very disappointed with the service. We waited 30 minutes for a small potatoe with beans and forgot the cheese, we got in at 12:54 and were told they only had a few potatoes left and brunch was not available due to the lack of food they had, 1/10 would not come again

Worst place to have food waiting 25 minutes for pizza that’s already out to be served staff are useless

Terrible food, slow service and knackered decor. The bar was fairly low as its just a supermarket cafe but dear god its bad.

Fancy having a cafe that never has anything on the menu
Rivergate Peterborough. Very very disappointed. Went in for breakfast at £6 each and were told they were only doing sausages in a roll. We reluctantly went for this with a tea and a cappucino which cost £10.10 just £2 less than a full English including toast and a hot drink. The roll was awful, no butter and very overcooked sausages, was as dry as the Gobi desert. Will most definitely not be returning.

I think it’s time you taught your driver Spencer some manners and some give him some guidance on how to actually approach and speak to people. Maybe you can provide him some training on this and put him on a course as it seems very difficult for him, bless him.

Today, we're friendly service, hot food. It's a supermarket stop off, not a mitchellin star restaurant. Soup was hot and good. Cupp tea lovely. Would definitely come again. More gluten free options would be good.
