Great coffee as expected. Pleasant staff and speedy service. Plenty of seating with more upstairs if required. It has a nice atmosphere with pleasing lighting, not too bright and not too dim. Keep a hold of your receipt, it has the code to the toilet!

It is not the fault of the staff, it is on the customers who do ruin it sometimes.Parking: You've got Park in the side roads or in a parking bay. No parking in front of building.

Standard Caffè Nero. Love the Lemon muffins. Not too busy when we visited on a Saturday. Unisex toilet is fairly small.

Can't say anything bad about Caffè Nero as I've never had a bad experience here.I only have a cappuccino but it's always very nice and I found the staff here to be very helpful and polite.
