Outstanding Customer Service by Michelle!I revisited Greggs on Bridge Street in Peterborough for the second time, and this experience completely turned things around for me. Michelle, the wonderful lady at the till, provided exceptional customer service that deserves recognition. Despite it being a few minutes before closing time, she greeted me with a genuine smile, engaged in lighthearted conversation, and delivered excellent service. Her dedication and positive attitude made my visit truly enjoyable. Thank you, Michelle, for going above and beyond! Highly recommend this Greggs for its outstanding staff.
Food was good ..only downside not alone of availability empty shelfs n counters not much in .

The staff here all standing around laughing and joking like it’s a playground it’s not very professional and I think the manager needs to have a word with them if I could put 0 stars I wouldAvoid avoid avoid

Sausage rolls luke warm. So were the chicken bake and steak bake. So i wasn't happy. Tuna baguette was ok.
Always busy, went in the other day to get a roll and pie. The staff are friendly and answer questions about diet. There is some sitting area inside as well.

Worst Gregg's around. Awful staff, completely ignorant. Trainees have no idea what they're doing and left too it. Asked for my 4 donuts to be in a BOX. Puts 3 in 1 bag and 1 in another bag. Completely ruined and all icing stuck to the bags. Didn't seem to care at all. Barely any hot food. Stock all over the floor.
