Order was wrong with items missing yet again. Staff don’t care, very rude on the phone and refused to take responsibility. They told me to contact just eat for a refund. I explained it’s not them who prepare the meal and I want a full refund. Didn’t accept blame and said just call them.Customer service at its worst!!! Disgraceful.

Service was fast and staff was polite, food came out luke warm, it had been mentioned multiple time to staff that sauce machine was empty and no one refilled it, ordered oasis which had a brown lump in it, sent it back and the next 2 was the same, only reason I'm giving above 1 star was the counter staff were very polite and

I don't usually write reviews but this was absolutely revolting!!!My brother got a happy meal and the chocolate milkshake tasted and smelt rotten like a dumpster. He was sick many times after drinking it. I tried it and it was disgusting.When my mom rung the staff, they called her rude and passed her on to someone else.All my family currently feel unwell after trying the milkshake but McDonalds claim that it is not spoiled or rotten as they are checked every day.This is not the first incident we have had here either, both my dad and my mom have gotten food poisoning from this place before.To add on, my mom has ordered a toffee latte in the past and was given an americano. She has a disability and cannot handle really hot drinks, a toffee latte is not too hot for her. However, an americano is. She spilt it down her leg and got a second degree burn from it. All the staff did was give a mcflurry as "compensation"They also don't know how to speak to customers properly. My mom rung up and spoke to a manager, and was passed on to someone else who ended up hanging up on her.Please be careful if you order from here.And staff, I would like you to think for a second. How would you feel if you were a customer who experienced this or had a family member experience? Please bring this up to your higher ups or in meetings.Thank you

Food was not filling as usual and I ordered it on the self order machines, it ran out of receipt paper so I told the staff. They didn’t replace it after I sat there and ate my meal and watched others have the same issue.

Ordered large chips box half full. Chicken nuggets weren't delivered phoned macdonalds and was told to take it up with just eat. Funny that when they don't pack the food. Pass the buck, dreadful service
Absolute pisstake. Ordered food. Got dip because their food is too dry for me. They didn’t put the sauce in the bag. Which I paid extra for. Got the burger without sauce because I prefer it with BBQ sauce. Didn’t get the BBQ sauce. Paid extra for that. Refused to do literally ANYTHING about it.

Extremely unprofessional managers at the morrisons Macdonald's they shouted at me on the phone because they didn't send the happy meal and I had the kid crying all over the place because of the missing happy meal plus other pieces are missing too. The lady manager didn't want to tell her name and they both tried to intimidate me on the phone and were extremely rude when I was just trying to explain myself. Not ordering again and Macdonald's shoud review costumers feedback so it doesn't happen to anyone being treated like this by Macdonald's managers. Will also take further action on this one as I'm very upset.
