I have visited this McDonald’s many times, however this evening upon my visit I encountered a very rude employee ‘Curtis’ who is a crew trainee. He was very rude upon handing me my food and at first refused me my reward which I claimed at the first window with a very nice gentleman. After saying that I had in fact claimed this reward he was very hostile before finally turning to a fellow employee of his, huffing and puffing just to get me an alternative dessert. But Ricardo the usual guy I see at the window is in fact lovely and polite, nothing negative to say about him, a real credit to the team! I am dissatisfied with my experience this evening and do hope this issue gets rectified.

Don’t bother, order on the app, they never have milkshakes available and when you ask for a sub they have the cheek to ask you for 12p. Pls train management on customer service.

Fries are, as I always find at McDonald’s; cold. The double 1/4 burger was tasty but sadly was just Luke warm. Cold food is reason I hardly ever visit this franchise.

Went here at 1am with the boys.Food hits different in a good wayStaff were amazing, deserve a raise. Shoutout to homie who gave us free water. Love ❤️

My son was in there today 16th dec, terrible service, he had my 2 grandchildren age 6 and 3 with him. Your stalk got the order wrong, they forgot chips, while he was complaining the staff were arguing and shouting in front of customers, by the time they served his chips, the rest of the meal was cold. He went back and complained again and they said there was nothing they could do!!!!!!!! Disgraceful ??
