For a fast food restaurant this was far from it. The food was passable but the customer service was as enthusiastic as as a sloth on a go slow.

Went here earlier and had a slight problem with our order however the lovely Alise sorted it out immediately and was nothing but kind and attentive, it is also worth noting that whilst we were their she had continually cleaned the tables throughly as soon as customers left making the place have an overall better feel! Thank you Alise :)

This place needs urgent attention. Will never waste my money on delivery again from this store again. I will use a delivery app that enables me to specify one of the many other branches in town. Food took 1hr10 mins. Over £30 spent and all the food was wrong or missing. Large fries were less than half filled, all food that did arrive was freezing cold. Load of rubbish. And the service from the manger was just as cold and unsatisfactory. I tried to cancel my order and got no help, tried to get a refund and got no help. We all know McDonald's is rubbish 'food' but at least it's usually fast and reliable. Delivery is no longer either of them. Therefore, has nothing to offer. The manager I spoke to tonight could not ensure her staff delivered their product on time or of a reasonable standard and had no people skills to manage a customer complaint. If a McDonald's regional representative had been assessing the experience, they would have been furious.

Decent speed of service, food was as expected and still warm. Only gripe was a few noisy kids but it was half term so can’t expect any different. Plenty of parking and overall good visit.Parking: Plenty of parking available and some blue badge bays provided too.
