My sister ordered a giant cookie for my birthday yesterday and I couldn't believe what Vanessa who she works with had managed to do. It is beyond good. Massive 5* rating to Vanessa herself for doing this. Excellent work Vanessa, you smashed it.

The rudeness from the staff at Millie's in Peterborough today was absolutely ridiculous. The cookie we ordered and payed for yesterday at 11.47 wasn't ready today nearly 24 hours later but instead of apologies and a solution I was rudely told it wasn't their fault and that I could come back in 10 minutes.I have a 2 week old baby and a toddler so that's not really convenient! When I said I wanted a refund this was then given in cash rather than via the original payment (card) which also isn't very helpful.I'm very disappointed and frustrated by the situation and rudeness of the staff.

Very unhappy with my purchase, I have been buying giant cookies for many years and I have never recieved such a poor product. It is so thin you can't even pick up a slice without it falling apart. It's not much thicker than a 20 pence piece. Very poor for the £22 cost, have you halved the dough used? I did question why it was so thin. The assistant said she has only been there 2 weeks and wasn't aware that it is usually any different. They have always been much thicker. I must say the writing and decoration however is excellent.

We ordered a giant cookie (for treat to our family for our baby girl) to be picked on the 15th June to be collected on the 16th June at 11am. We arrived at 11.20 on the 16th of June and the cookie wasn't ready. we asked why and we was told that the order was put down for 11am on the 15th (even though we placed the order on the 15th at 11.42). We told them that's not what we put down and the staff told us it wasn't there fault either.We found the service very poor. We did get a refund but the experience has really put us off and the kids lost out on a treat

Another Milly's COOKIES store with NO MILK!!!Why don't you just give up and let another company take over?P.s so you've got new staff in both stores in Cambridge and the store in Peterborough and they can't buy milk? For cookie shakes? Lame excuse.

Collected an order on behalf of someone and was given the wrong time to collect however when I arrived and explained the situation the staff went above and beyond to get the order ready within 30minutes whilst they were already very busy!! All staff were friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful!!

Walked by yesterday (Saturday) and decided to get a last minute cookie for a friend's birthday meal. Got a double layer cookie, they normally take at least an hour to prepare for collection. However we only had 45minutes. The team worked their magic and it was ready and waiting 35 minutes later..... The team went above and beyond. Thank you ❤️
