First, the Pret at Queensgate has been closed for over a year now - how about updating your website and Tripadvisor? Pret in Peterborough has reopened at Serpentine Green Tesco which I am thankful for. However, the experience is very poor. The 'baristas' are not trained to make proper coffee - they pour half-cups, too much or too little syrup, the drink is often lukewarm. The supply at this shop is also poor - several times they have run out of cream in the middle of making my coffee! The coffee machine is not cleaned up and often the drink tastes foul like a muddy water. Get your act sorted please. The staff are friendly and trying - but they haven't a clue how to make a coffee!! and they don't have the proper supplies to make a proper coffee!

Hi love Pret in Peterborough, the staff are amazing and i visit all the time, however, the new spoons for the soup make it impossible to eat as they are flat :(

When I visit Peterborough I always have lunch at this Pret. The food and coffee were very good, the staff seems to have changed since my last visit and seemed to lack any sort of personality. They will have probably moved on by my next visit.

Coffee good and a good selection of cakes and biscuits - yum! I particularly like the spelt and oat cookies? Friendly helpful staff. Nice atmosphere.
We stopped here for some drinks and some sandwich's. It was rather busy and most of the food had gone. Drinks were ok, not as good as Costa or Starbucks, and the sandwich's too were just ok.

Love the rolls, and staff are nice, the only downside is there's never any space to sit and the rolls are nearly always sold out, even tho I go about 1pm, but that is on a Saturday :D

Good place to stop if you want a rest bite whilst shopping. The atmosphere inside was nice and relaxed. Best thing is, you can get a cup of filtered coffee for only 99p - cheapest price anywhere! 😊ðŸ‘

Love Pret, great gluten free food!
