Ordered a coffee and a baguette and then changed my mind about the baguette where I ordered the burger meal instead. He asked me if I wanted any sauces, I didn’t really hear what he said, and before I had a chance to respond (like he didn’t give me two secs!) he ran off to make the coffee. He was clearly in a rush even though there were only five people in the restaurant, and then didn’t bother to produce the ketchup where I then had to ask for it. The burger… yea I mean it was palatable. As I say, when a paying customer comes into the business, you’re there to do a job. Do it properly. If you don’t want to be in the hospitality business, find another job.

The breakfast was smaller then the kids meal, never have i been so appalled and embarrassed to get my food, the tomato was rotting from the inside out and i’m surprised i made it out alive.

Excellent service and food. I cannot fault the service we received this morning when we went for the early bird breakfast. The gentleman serving was very polite and the breakfast didn’t take long to arrive although it was cooked to order. The breakfast was delicious and excellent value for money. I would most certainly recommend this cafe and will be visiting again.

Food over priced. Quarter pounder is a cheese burger with cold grated cheese and over boiled sad onions. Quality: cheap fair ground and tiny portions. Customer service got a 2 star as a young man who works there was polite. Do not recommend! £36 for 3 tiny burgers and a portion of nuggets and a handful of chips!

If you’re looking for a good quality breakfast priced accordingly and decent coffee this is definitely not the place to come. Poor ingredients, unskilled preparation and no skill at all in the art of making coffe makes this place a poor excuse for a breakfast diner.

Lovely little cafe and super friendly staff. 11 of us gatecrashed on them and all ordered food and drink and it only took 5-10 minutes for our food to arrive. Very reasonably priced and really good value for money, the food was fantastic. I will definitely be going back! Thank you so much for your service yesterday (14th July 2023)!

This cafe is inside Rivergate arcade, there are seats inside and outside, we had a lovely pot of tea and also Teacakes, staff were very friendly and polite although we didn't have a meal, they did look good what we saw served, lovely atmosphere reasonable prices as well

Stopped for a cuppa and a teacake , it's situated in a lovely old looking Victorian style centre, lots of shops and this cafe was really nice, friendly staff and lovely seating area.

Very disappointed in the way the breakfast has really deteriorated, sausage was awful, hard and chewy, bacon was cremated, toast was burned, size of portion was laughable, no potato product, for £5.10 I hoped for better even in today's environment
