I don't really get to go in when getting fuel as they offer payment by app which is super convenient (and safe, considering current situation).Never had issues with pumps being closed, always clean and tidy, great location (just off city centre).
The guys on shift today were great. I broke down after washing my car and the manager come and jumped started my car so I could get home, they both went above there's service today, thank you so much.

Awesome Service.Stopped for fuel and something to eat.Bought a pie, got to the car took a bite, and to my horror it was a bit on the dry side. Went back in for a refund, which was okay. Then I asked if I could swap it for something else, the young Indian lady, said of course, please take two and try them here first.. They were delicious.Well done Shell. Well done young lady for saving the day.
