Went here to charge. 130kW max. Dropped quickly. Decent place to charge. Minus one star since there’s inconsiderate parking and non EVs were in spaces for charging. Likely easy to cause conflict.

Just been to fill up and no petrol coming out, went in to ask if there was a problem and was told by the cashier in an abrupt voice, that she was the other side of the shop and I should've given her chance to get to the till? Such a rude woman that should not be dealing with the public!I have rang head office to complain after reading other reviews as they will lose custom because of her and should be made aware

I fill up all the time at Shell petrol stations, but I will probably have to switch to another petrol station network.After stopping to pour, I got out straight into the puddle of diesel.I had to throw away my shoes and clean the car.Failed to scan fuel discount when trying to pay.After giving it, we didn't add 2 pounds.When I asked for a recalculation, I received even ruder service.You lost 2 pounds like hell.The ninth woman in a mask behaves rudely, the service is below 0.I will definitely not go there again.And I advised everyone to visit this petrol station

I noticed that at the moment my visit was 2 employees in the petrol shop, both of them where placing stock in to the fridge. Cashier women in the pink mask, who is normally very rude (it depends on her hormones swings probably) announced to my self that the petrol station is closed at the minute when I require to fill up my tank at 12:05. Observation letting me say that she is unable to manage her own task's load between pressing unlocking pump button and place drinks in to the fridge. Fact that she is wearing this mask could be that she is a thief, as she just let go away £90 profit for her employer, only on this occasion. If this would repeat this loss would increase significantly.

This retailer is quick to raise the fuel cost, even though the fuel in the station reserves were purchased at the pre-fuel rise wholesale cost, yet slow to reduce the price, when market conditions dictate! Also this retailer is on average £0.07 per litre more expensive than equivalent branded fuel stations, classic example of ‘ripping off’ locals. Also I’ve seen tankers that aren’t Shell branded delivering fuel, so I begin to question whether the fuel is the Shell brand. In these high cost of living times, this retailer really couldn’t care about locals, driven only by the old adage ‘fleece them for all they’ve got’! I would avoid and seek branded fuel stations within a 5 mile radius that are cheaper per litre! Such disrespect to locals! Avoid if I were you.

Stopped going here as the woman who works weekday mornings (not sure of the name, wears a face mask) is insanely rude and unpleasant. She acts like every customer is an inconvenience to her day, if I put an item on the top to be scanned but the barcode is on the underside of the product she will turn it over and slam it down, just generally not nice.

The cashier Women that wears a pink face mask , I’m guessing her name is “Karen” , so so so rude, she will be at the till but then soon as you pull up to put in fuel, she goes off in the back on purpose ,having me and other customers standing there like idiots waiting ! 9 times out of 10 everyone is in a hurry when buying fuel! Completely unacceptable and she needs to loose her job or you will loose customers ! I also have a video of my interaction with her as proof of what she’s like , where can I send this evidence?

One star. I used to visit as close to my place and have card for loyal member (also with Shell energy for long years). However, fuel is overpriced compared to competitors around and staff extremelly rude. I told her with that behaviour she will start losing customers, her response was: I don't care. Lost me as a customer today. I will also consider leaving Shell Energy in a few months.

Very poor service-10 of starShe told me no change 2 cen stop cry and she spoke not English language that was not surprising, two weeks ago she swerved about customers who coming in 06:00am.I have account in Barclays bank Ihave short 1pence overdraft they have been charge me £32,...? so do you think that funny???Very poor service minus -10

Awful experience with the lady cashier.Always causes problems and is extremely rude! Has made my disabled partner lean down this morning to fill a Jerry can which she has never asked of before. When he said I can't because of my back she cut the pump of and ignored him.I am wanting to go higher.Thanks

Old women that works at the petrol station, wears glasses, dark hair and extremely rude clearly causing more issues than her jobs worth because she's described in nearly every negative review on here.I have disabilities and my paid carer always fills up for me and we have been served by this lady many times has only today after a month of topping up every week decided to say my carer can not fill up anymore and she will let me off this once because I have p plates. I feel discriminated against and belittled. The first time I attended this petrol station I experienced her laziness and attitude as I had to wait 10 minutes at the till while she was sleeping or sitting around watching me on cctv instead of serving customers when she finally come out after I whistled to see if anyone was there she said I know your here I can see you on cctv I said I thought you was sleeping because surley your job is to serve customers. I hope this women in question and mentioned in every review in a negative way is finally investigated.Shell garage you are loosing more customers than you are gaining because of 1 bad employee who is easily replaceable. Please consider your company's reputation.

Woman who served me was incredibly rude. Refused to look in the back for stock with a more suitable expiry date. Ignorant and unwelcoming. Certainly needs some management intervention

The older lady with dark hair and who was wearing a face mask was extremely rude. She had messed up scanning in a couple of cans of pop and when I suggested what had possibly gone wrong, she spoke over me in a very aggressive tone " I know how to do my job". She clearly has some issues and looking at the other reviews for this petrol station, other people have had similar interactions with her. This happend approximately 14.30 pm on the 11th of May 2023I am astonished that this person is allowed to work at the front of house representing such a large company. I strongly believe that this older lady need some training in customer service and a attitude adjustment.I hope that this petrol station looks at these reviews and does something about this ongoing problem.
