Don’t know how to make custom drinks. Maybe if the staff spend more time serving and less time on their phones that might help. A complete embarrassment to the Starbucks brand.

Coffee overpriced like everywhere. There is no food, only expensive empty sandwiches and less then 1 bite sugar cakes ? before slice of cake used to be the size like now 4-6 in one ?

Good drink but not very nice staff. Usually Starbucks staff are lovely but these two were definitely not, Also £2 for a tiny “brownie bite” is quite a lot.

Service abysmal - waited at the counter for a good 5/10 minutes before even being acknowledged by the barista, despite it being practically empty. Whilst another staff member was doing what I believed was a "stock-check" (refilling biscuit containers and taking photos?) right in front of me, again, no acknowledgement of my existence that I was there or letting her colleague know that I was waiting to be served. Literally no communication or interaction between staff members, very poor atmosphere.Be warned also if you use the toilet facilities, chances are there is no toilet roll available (I think it's BYO).Drinks / food, overpriced and pretentious, poor quality, as expected from Starbucks so nothing unusual there.

Coffee was OK, panni was no where near as good as Costa, service was slow because of the staff talking to each other, no atmosphere.

The lady who served us was so offensive towards my mother in law today. Starbucks website doesn't allow customer complaints contact so I have placed a negative review here. So we ordered our drinks and my MIL's starbucks app had kicked her out, we'd spent a lot of money as was buying for the whole family so we wanted the points. Mum tired to log in quickly as she knew there was a que but the lady serving kept getting sarcastic with mum, saying things like there's a que and having a nasty tone saying what Internet are you on, my Internet fine in here etc. There was simply no need for this attitude. This woman had black hair, fake eyelashes, fake tan. The other lady making the drink however was lovely, with dyed redish hair on the ends. She was so helpful and nice after probably seeing the bad attitude of the other staff member.

Had to queue for over 15mins then wait another 10 for coffee. Acoustics so bad you couldn't hear the customer assistant or she you. Late with my food order so coffee was cold by time I got it.

There never seems to be napkins available to use. The decor in the toilets is very claustrophobic and dark. Your cups are far too heavy, my poor elderly folk couldn't even lift their drink. Maybe a rethink is needed. Staff were accommodating when I suggested a takeaway cup to pour intro
