Polite staff and good service. Unusual setting in an ex bank but with the downside that there isn’t a large amount of seating you normally expect and it’s long and thin. You need to ask for a key to the toilet.Usual quality expected from Starbucks, only loses a star due to the shape and atmosphere of the building.

Thank you to the fabulous Ricky. Visited here today with three children, keen to complete a little school project whilst there. Ricky was so welcoming, went above and beyond to assist us and make the project a success. Such a lovely experience and we all left talking about how great Ricky was. Thank you so much. Came in for an Americano and Peach Iced Tea, unfortunately they didn’t have what was required to make the Peach Iced Tea. Until the lovely Rachel made it from scratch, honestly was blown away by the effort and it was just as good as what is normally served.Thank you to the team and especially Rachel for going the extra mile as always for their customers.

It's OK, a bit small.There is a customer toilet but you need to ask for key & it's filthy so try to hold on if you can.

Went in this morning for a strawberry refresha. First, I was ignored for a few minutes by the staff who was happily chatting about, while I was stood by the till, hanging like a lemon. After some sort of acknowledgement, I was told there is no strawberries and they can do the drink without. I've asked what the price will be then, as it is not the same drink. I was then told with an eye roll that they are just to "float around" to which I said it isn't true, as I do eat them and as far as I'm concerned I'm not the only one. Might sound silly, but I like them berries. Anyways, the other staff member kept convincing me they are for decoration. The guy on the till, visiblaly annoyed by my presence, and in a quiet rude and mocking manner kept saying "it is the same price, it is the same drinks basically". Well, basically it is not. Never have I ever had such an experience with such a rude staff. I suppose 8 a.m. was rather early for them to deal with customers "demands". I have been a restaurant manager for many years and would never even think to treat a customer in such a way. I felt so embarrassed by the way I was spoken to that I just walked away. I am a regular in this branch but I don't think I'll be returning any time soon since the way I was treated today.

Very Disappointed. Service was passable. Wait was terrible. After collection of my Iced weak coffee! Had then another 10 minute wait for a simple tea. Perhaps if you weren't chatting amongst yourselves. You could get two orders out together. Thanks for the long wait in a dirty establishment.

Took so long to take orders and serve . Attendants were busy chatting and the queue kept growing . Chai latte was horrid with way too much syrup . I was at the Peterborough Cathedral square branch on Tuesday 26/09:23 . Ruined my fav chai latte had to toss it.
