The people who work here don’t even know how to make a sandwich. Half the order is missing, cold, and the “sandwich” isn’t even toasted and cold.I know you don’t need much to work here but seriously, if you can’t follow an order and make a sandwich, things look bleak

UpdateBeen multiple times ware they stop serving 15 minutes before closing time really poor service should ammend opening timesOld reviewusual subway tbh, but the team in here tend to get your order sorted to how you want it better than most, and the stock seams to all ways be fresh as well. can be a wait at peek times eg 13pm ect but never too long

If ordering online, don’t ask for toasted, it won’t be toasted. Click random salad options as they do that themselves anyway.

Have been coming here from last couple of years and its been really good, However lately they seem to have new staff who probably needs more coaching right from how to cut the bread & the way they make the sandwich .May be someone needs to keep a close watch if the typical standards or way of doing things " the subway way " is being followed so that the client experience is not impacted at the store.I was really unhappy about couple of visits especially the one today on 28th Jan afternoon.

I ordered a cookie sub and even though they didnt have it on the menu the kind staff were more than happy to make it for me and I really suggest that they add it to the menu. Now all they need is chocolate sauce to have a successful business!

Used regularly. Too hit and miss, mostly miss, ordered extra scoop of tuna and sub had barely the normal amount of tuna. Will not be visiting again for a while instead go to one at herlington further be away.

When you come in it is very confusing where to stand in the queue, it's a strange design. Way too many people (5) behind the bar while it is not busy, very disorganised. My partner ordered the tuna sandwich, which was alright... he was used to proper scoops of tuna on the sandwhich, they were a bit greedy at this place. Also a pity they don't offer sweetcorn. I ordered the Veggie Delight which was delicious but they only put a tiny bit of cheese on it, luckily I could choose other veggies ingredients otherwise it would have been dissapointing. Unfortunately we won't come back again.
