Visited in my lunch today Appalling customer service I was going to be served with a raw jacket potato untill I said is that jacket potato cooked then he said no it is not and told his member of staff off for not putting them in the oven I was in the que for 20 minutes I wasted nearly all of my lunch break for nothing I will never go there again .

OMG the best rolls you'll ever have, so many different fillings as well, staff are so friendly and nice, I noticed they do hala as well which is good for some of my friends, love the fact you can ask for your roll to be toasted too, all fresh I challenge you all to get one you won't be disappointed.Vegetarian options: There is cheese fish salad, jacket potatoes.Kid-friendliness: Staff were so nice to my kids and made them feel welcome.Wheelchair accessibility: It's on the groud floor you can wheel inDietary restrictions: Just let the staff know you have a dietary requirement and they will happily provide you with what you ask for.

Swivels is a Peterborough staple. There’s a reason it’s been around for 30 years. There’s no smashed avocado and lentil tabouleh wraps, but a massive selection of fresh good quality ingredients, a plethora of breads and other snacks, friendly service and brilliant value. I’ve been eating lunch from here since I was in a pushchair. I wish there were less Gregg’s and more independent places like this in town.
This place is spot on for a light lunch. Most of the guys from work pre order from here. I have never had a problem with the food and it is reasonably priced.

No photos. I can highly recommend a visit to this Sandwich shop. Alway fresh and tasty food. Priced reasonably. Staff and manager/owner are always polite and helpful. Food is simply LUSH!! They have a sandwich van which delivers around Peterborough and also caters for events and meetings.Well worth a visit. Situated in Westgate Arcade, Queensgate shopping centre. I love the breakfast rolls and meal deals.

The legendary Swivels, Peterborough's undisputed premier lunch spot, at least since Jimmy's World Of Spice closed down. Its been there at least 30 years, and most of the staff have too. I recommend you buy a bacon lunch bun with mayo and salad and go eat it among the goths hanging around the Guildhall. Do goths still hang around the Guildhall? Or was that 30 years ago too. Anyone remember that guy who thought he was Jon Bon Jovi who used to empty the Cathedral Square bins? Great days. All gone now. All gone.

Good food as I am a regular customer , but today I ordered 3 beef and coleslaw buns and in one of them the beef was missing . How can you miss putting the meat inside a meat burger ? ?
