Honest review. Got a variety of burgers, starters and sides. Spent £55 and store knew I was a new customer because the receipt said so. Burgers were filled with the oddest selection of salad and close to cold. Some of the chips were not fully cooked and others seemed reheated by taste. Food was mediocre. 4/10 just because the delivery driver was very nice & apologised about the 1hr 30 delivery time. I was expecting more from the beautiful looking food printed on the flyer that was delivered to me a few days prior. Maybe it’s better in store but couldn’t tell you at this moment.

Confused with the name charcoal grill, when they serve fried chicken....65 per cent of the food is fried ..?. Hard times have fallen on this place after Covid. I tend to go to Pepes to get grilled chicken burgers. Most importantly, I find the quality on food prep varies, from good to bad, there always something missing or not the right requirements achieved on the order. However, they do apologise, but it spoils it for which other family member they get it wrong for, but obviously, thanks for the apology, but try to get it right the first time.

Bread was missing from the order. Called restaurant immediately and was told they would send it out. Waited over an hour for it to arrive by which time we had already eaten the rest of the food. Really Dissapointing.

FOODS RUBBISH N BONE DRY WITH NO FLAVOUR..IF YOU WANT TO EAT CARDBOARD GO AHEAD N ORDER..ALSO BE PREPARED TO WAIT FOR YOUR FOOD LONGER THEN 2HOURS..THEY GOT ORDER WRONG AND THEN SAYS WE CANT DO NOTHING BE READY FOR DISSAPOINTMENT.. I went to this shop and was surprised. I ordered a chicken wrap and some chips and were delicious. They got exactly what I ordered and were even hot. I recommend this place as the food is amazing!

The food is very blunt and the music is very loud, and there isn't enough space to leave your table if you sit at certain tables. You can't really have a conversation in there or enjoy anything.

Left me waiting over 1 hour for delivery. Then cancelled the order. If they can’t even deliver food, be shocked if they can cook it. Not impressed, won’t be back.
The wrap was 90% meat and 10% sauce with salad and a bit of tomatoes.The meat was just there on the side in a pot, so it wasn't fresh but i thought for a £4 can't complain. The meat tasted okay but man add less meat and put some chips in there, a bit more salad and veggies and some more sauces.Literally i felt like eating 1kg of meat with bread....

Chicken wasn't cooked properly, when you go to eat the wrap you end up with half a pint of juice from the salad and everything else that's watery on your lap

Worst food I have ever tasted chips taste like cardboard donner wrapp full of salad when I asked for just onion plus it was soggy and just fell apart food turned up cold. Avoid avoid

Very bad customer service, they made mistakes in orders,I have been told to wait to correct the order,they suddenly sent me msg they can't take my order, the man who took my order said he is the manager and the owner,he was very rude and asked me not to call again, I was nice and give them chance to sort out the order, and I waited me and my children, but they didn't deserve that .very very bad customer service.
