Terrible kebab. My first and last time in this place.

These guys make fabulous kebabs. I always have the mixed meat special and I can never finish it in one go. It's fab. As is their chilli sauce that blows your socks off.

Have been using this place for many years staying at 1940's camp and living in village for 4 months! Not sure if new owners or different staff but was always excellent. Last visit was pre Covid and Kebab was disgusting and inedible and 4 of us threw them away. Thought would give them another try, grease ridden meat, Salad was sitting in water and rotting, Pitta bread appeared from nowhere stone cold and rock hard.Honestly the worse Kebab ever, didn't ask for money back they can keep it.Kebab is on floor outside for all to see and my review is permanent! Should be ashamed of yourself.

Ordered a doner Kebab, meat was dried out, tough and not pleasant to eat, returned with it to ask for a new one and was refused, they said it was fresh. Won't be returning
Waited ages to get served while two men behind counter were bickering at each other. Kebab wrap had so much grease on the food, threw it away. I think they forgot to put toppings on half of the pizza. I will not be returning

Why write reviews, they don't take any notice, everything was cold, chips and meat, could see burgers in the chiller that were starting to turn. What a dump. Won't be using them again, rather go hungry.

Best pizzas in ramsey, but to be fair, the bar isn't that high. Definatly the best kebab meat in ramsey, its really nice, unfortunately it is very expensive and they always seems to manage to not completely fill the kebab box. Friendly service, the only bad experience I've ever had was last year when I said there was a fly on the food and there opinion was "oh". Which is a disgusting attitude, I admit there was loads of flies around the town at this time, I don't normally see flies and I've never seen one on the food since. I was just really put off at the time by the attitude of the problem. No apology or anything. I thought there might have been a spot of urgency to get rid of it, but it's the sheer not caring about the problem that upset me

Food was acceptable, but when your so busy being busy, that you ignor the 1st customer and start talking to the second who arrives 2 mins after you enter the shop, you need to stop and think how valued the 1st customer felt.I very rarely allow this to get to me but, that night it did, will I go back maybe, but if it happens again, I will never return.Somebody thought I spoke empty words until they found out that I have not returned to a good restaurant in London in over 30 years, and when asked by friends I explained my reason why, the rest is there choice.We all need to value our customers and that includes me, we can all have a bad day but unless somebody points it out we continue to do things because we don't know what we don't know.To be honest this has got to have been the longest review I have ever written, so yep it got to me.Hopefully he will learn from this, as I tried to talk to him, but as soon as he eventually served me he just shut off and went to the next thing he was doing, completely ignoring me, again.
