Treated like something they just stood in. Ordered on the app, it took my money.. Told me to call the store, couldn’t get through, so went down there. Told by rude lady that it hadn’t gone through and I would get a refund. Tried to order in the store, and told it would be more expensive because I wasn’t ordering on the app!! Tried to explain that I don’t want to keep paying money and it not go through, but I must have been talking a language they didn’t understand, as they just walked away.Parking: Rubbish

Ordered this evening with an eta of approx 1hr for delivery. 1hr later and the tracker is still showing as ‘preparing’. I rang the store who advised they were very busy and it would be at least another hour plus but couldn’t be any more specific. 2hrs + for one pizza?! The staff seemed surprised that I didn’t want to change my order to collection and that I instead wanted to cancel it. It’s pretty simple, if you’re too busy to fulfil it then don’t accept the order. I’ll be checking back to make sure my money is refunded and won’t be ordering again.

Appalling - take £41.50 out of your bank account and then deny all knowledge of your order! Then they tell you they are sitting on your refund for 48 hours! And the £41.50 is for 2 pizzas and 2 sides and that’s after you have applied the desk wizard! Won’t be using St Neots Dominoes again

I always find my experience here a bit sporadic. I ordered a few weeks back and it was great; pizza tasted good, arrived quickly etc. However, tonight I ordered 3 stuffed crust pizzas and there was way too much sauce on the pizza, i.e. the taste of tomatoes was overpowering and the stuffed crust wasn't in any way, shape or form, stuffed. It was hard to find the filling. However, I had to call up to amend the order and the member of staff I spoke to was great. All in all a very mixed bag. Next time I'm giving Pizza Hut next door the chance to impress.

About a month ago I ordered was shocking pizza cold customer service shocking , not sire whats happened since but thought give it a go for a laugh,bang on time hit amd everything g as ordered well done, credit where its due
After waiting over an hour the pizza tracker still said prepping. Instead of waiting however long for delivery I gave up and collected myself. When I arrived, my order was already made and was sitting on the counter waiting to be delivered. The app originally said 45 mins.If it’s going to take longer to deliver then just say so instead of getting customers backs up because you can’t deliver on time.Good pizza, but terrible customer service.

i always like the quality of the pizza here when i lived in the area. However they often get lost around the Premier Inn area of Town and always have to phone up for directions

I always love Dominos Pizza. The great variety and taste. Would be great if they start making cheese crusts too like Pizza Hut.

I would have rated this 5 stars but for one thing. We use dominoes regularly and their service and pizzas are excellent. However one particular chef always puts far too much tomato purée on the pizza which ruins it. Also garlic bread would be so much better with no purée on it.
