Very broad menu. Service was excellent and very attentive. We very much enjoyed the Beef w/Mushroom lunch and Sweet & Sour Chicken and soups!

Very disappointing. We arrived early evening, restaurant cold. Waitress came to take food order and we asked if we could order drinks first. When they came we ordered our starter and main meal. Waiter came out with wrong main meal when we asked where our starter was! Then they brought them out together. Afterwards we got up to pay and leave and was then told they only take cash. No apologies for bad service or not telling us at the beginning that they don’t take credit cards. We won’t be returning.

If you're into Asian food, you will be pleasedPrice - very reasonably priced given the location (right on markets square) and service provided. I expected it to be slightly higherOverall, highly recommended. I'll definitely be going again next week itself. ?

Ordered a completely vegan meal (which was already difficult because the woman taking the order didn’t know what dairy was and asked us to spell it).We made sure there was no fish or milk in anything we had ordered and everything seemed okay.The food arrived and our curry had been up sold to a curry with every animal under the sun in it. This was our only curry and would of been our main.We spoke to the restaurant and after being told repeatedly that it was our fault and we didn’t understand, it was agreed that the curry would be delivered again, by this point we had just given up on what was supposed to be a treat with family ahead of a hospital appointment this week.Probably the worst service I’ve ever had, would never order here again. First and last time ordering from here.Also it is very pricey compared to other Chinese restaurants around here.Vegetarian options: Absolutely no understanding of vegetarianism or veganism, ordered a fully vegan meal and was sent a curry with cow, pig, chicken and seafood in it

We had ordered a takeaway from here before and had no complaints. But this time the food wasn’t up to standard as our last takeaway. The lady on the phone was pleasant taking our order but when it came to paying she said we don’t accept credit card payments, only cash. I paid by credit card last time and luckily I did have cash on me. But they should’ve specified cash only before ordering. Their website wasn’t working otherwise would have ordered online. The food was different and we ordered the same food. It didn’t taste the same it was just ok. Delivery was on time and food was hot. I thought it was very good the first time so a bit disappointed.

Lovely food, lots of choice, Japanese, Thai, and Chinese. Good value for money.Service was slow, which was surprising as they had loads of spare tables. Maybe they were busy with takeaways. The young girls serving were polite but still need a lot more experience on serving.

Bamboo house heavily invests time into authentic flavours and presentation. It offers new food items to try out that you’ve never seen which is exciting. Their Tori Kare chicken bowls with a side of Japanese curry was fantastic!Saying that, some items are quite unusual and lacking. It also doesn’t help that their prices are quite high and food portions are small. If you can forget about those two things you’ve got a great restaurant! Thanks
The food was lovely, tried for the first time. We decided to dine in as we wanted to see the atmosphere. Sadly we were the only people, which I don't understand as the place is lovely and the food is so nice! The service is also really great. We ordered the chef's special Chicken Teriyaki and the rice with Chicken and Pineapple with a couple of more sides. Everything was great and priced very reasonable. Definitely recommend to go and give them a visit! ❤️

What an amazing place to eat now, just been taken over and the food is fantastic. Mid week buffet @ £24.90. This has to be the best Chinese in St.Neots.I shall be returning well worth 5 stars

Very poor service.Ordered a take away for delivery at 6-15.Order confirmed at 3-30.At 7 oclock a delay of 45 mins we were told a BLIP in the order and the order had not been recieved.Actually we had confirmation.No sorry or apologise but basically cancel the order which we did.We are regular customers here but No more.Will take our business else wear
