I’ve used this place for some years. But today was exceptionally bad. An order that they said would be 45 minutes was over an hour and 45 mins. I was ringing for over 45 minutes to find out what had happened and the phone was off the hook. When I finally got through the person on the phone was rude and said the order hadn’t even been sent out yet. Clearly they were taking too many orders and couldn’t deliver the food. There was no apology and said they didn’t have a driver and it was raining !He basically said “ do you want the delivery or not “ wrong attitude to a customer.After many years of using this take away I will not be using again or recommending as this not a way to treat customers and as it was 9pm the hunger was gone for what is only a mediocre take away. There are better pizzas ? out there ?

Was out on an absolute binder with my mates and a little bit of munch was all I needed and their garlic bread pizza absolutely hit the spot was cooked to perfection and the staff was super friendly Donnie's, deffo going there again if feeling

Not special really the chicken wrap was ok,chips needed seasoning and the onion rings wasn’t that really good but you do get decent portions..

Tried to place and order through the st neots app - they cancelled the order without notification - when i rang up to ask if it had been cancelled and to find out why they just said "yes cancelled" and hung up.

If I could give a -1 I would!Hour and a half wait for cold food, missing food and no drink!Tried calling but phone line was continuously busy... think they disconnected it so they didn't have to hear me complain! Avoid at all costs

When I was living in the area, my carers ordered from here and everytime they ask for thin crust, they get given deep pan (thick crust).

We ordered online and paid by card. was immediately called back to advise an item wasn’t available, manager told us to reorder minus that item and they’d refund the original payment. We did, food was delicious, no problem however two weeks had passed and still the original amount had not been refunded so we called Perizone, spoke to the Manager whom I can only describe as rude, offensive and very patronising, told us “sweetheart I can’t refund unless we see the card despite you claiming you have the receipt, don’t be a bloody nuisance just come down to the shop, it’s not far to come, you live 2 mins away, bring your card with you along with proof of receipt and I’ll refund it” with that he promptly put the phone down. Now I’m a reasonable person despite being very busy with my job as a Nurse a few days later having finished my shift I thought I’d call and check they were open, big mistake! When I explained why I was coming down and wanted to check it was ok as I understand they can be quite busy as the manager pointed out in our last interaction, the “manager” (who I hasten to add was the same person I spoke to last time; you never forget a voice that talks to you like you are stupid) proceeded to say they can’t do a refund, he denied telling me to come down then changed his story and said he was a new owner who had taken over the business a week ago, now I know this to be untrue given that as he pointed out I live two mins away, I think I’d notice if they were or had a change of ownership! When I pointed that politely out he proceeded to call me a f’ bitch and that I should f’off and die and proceeded to put the phone down! So avoid at all costs, we are in the process of dealing with the payment provider he uses in order to attempt to get a refund but we just wanted to voice our disappointment in their customer service, sadly despite the food being delicious we and everyone we know will be told of our experience and advised to look elsewhere to enjoy a takeaway!

Every order I have placed with Hotspot has arrived wrong, either with items missing, or items added that I have specifically requested NOT to be on my food.. If I order a burger meal with no cheese no sauce no salad that's what I expect!Tonight I called hotspot because my order was wrong, salad and mayo added to burger my drinks from the meal deals were missing, the person answering the phone didn't even apologise for the mess up, I would say it was a mistake but every order messed up can't be a mistake. When I mentioned to the person on the phone, " are you not going to apologise for your mess up," the person didn't even acknowledge that that saying sorry is common courtesy
