Asked for lamb got beef. Beef was sooo chewy and tasteless. Curry sauce was so bland for what I asked for. With no spice at all. Was so so greasy. Poppadoms had no onion. Poppadoms was so greasy and Rock solid had definitely been recorded as I asked for fresh. Never again will I.prder a curry from here again

Very nice chicken dansak with keema rice,Bombay potatoes with 3 papadoms and dip..plenty of chicken tikka and the sauce was absolutely amazing..inc delivery it came to just under £20 and it was well worth the money…

Rude manager felt like I was doing him a favour by coming in. Food portion was small and I’m a light eater. Chicken 3 pieces. The manager didn’t seem interested in my customer felt I was in the way. I have been there many times before they have lost my custom now.

Had a takeaway from here tonight and hugely disappointed. Usually go Methi as so much flavour but this was convenient tonight. The korma and passanda was so bland and so watery!! I never complain at food but phoned the restaurant to say just so other customers didn’t have to have the same experience for them to just say ok. No sorry or offer of a refund! Lesson learnt but hopefully they will improve as it’s only up the road

I did make a call as felt I should say. I never moan at food, but tonight was a huge disappointment. The lamb tikka masala was ok apparently but the korma and passanda was so bland and so watery not enjoyable at all with no flavour as well as the bhajis being rock hard. I can’t afford takeaways often and this was a lot for me to spend on a Saturday night being a single parent and wanting to enjoy a meal with my kids! I just want you to know as dont want other customers being disappointed and hope you make the flavours better! All I received was as ok any Should have said about a refund of some sort. Unfortunately you are just up the road and probably won’t use again

Ordered a takeaway from here and I won't be ordering again portions were small and tasteless.Hardly any chicken in the two dishes that we ordered,Best thing we had were the poppadoms.Cockup on payment as there card machine wasn't working properly so no I won't be coming back!!!

I’ve been meaning to try here for ages, and so happy that I did. The food was well worth the wait: utterly delicious. Great mixed starter and fluffy nan. My first ever Duck Jalsha was outrageously good: lean moist chunks of breast grilled, then sautéed in an amazing sauce. Friendly service, family-owned business. Definitely returning!

As a regular at the Kaaizan I can write you a good and honest review . . . I LOVE this place ! The seating is superbly arranged, the windows and lighting are spot-on and the atmosphere is perfect. The staff (Extra star for Muhammad) are exceptional, never pushy and always very attentive, you won't go home feeling neglected lol And the food ? . . . Its not served in a hurry, and I'm cool with that because I know its been cooked with authenticity. I have tried many different dishes here and they have all been outstanding ! I would especially like to recommend the Garlic Chilli Chicken, its a treat for the eyes, nose and taste buds, but not for the feint-hearted ? Best place in St Neots for a good meal out, and that is no understatement ?

Needs to improve - order from them now and then as it’s my closest. Ordered the chicken rogan, pilau rice and garlic naan. Was told it would be half an hour, but was 40 minutes, was warm, bland, lacked authentic Indian flavours. Rice was fine, garlic naan was hot and fresh however.
