Extensive choice of beers in this lovely traditional but a little bit quirky pub. Very friendly, warm welcome. Beer was in excellent condition and there was a lively atmosphere inside what seems like a popular place for the locals to go. Highly recommended ?

I haven't had food. The pub is friendly enough. And they have some fantastic live music on. It could do with a bigger dance floor and more than one girls toilet.

First time in this pub and what a shame I've not been there before. If you are looking to expand your beer knowledge with a nice vibe then this is the place to go. A broad range of real ale beers is available at a reasonable price. Cheaper drinks if you are a CAMRA member. Very warm welcome from behind the bar. The bar was playing some great rock music creating a fantastic atmosphere. I will definitely be giving this place another visit when I'm in the area.
