Uber eats didn't deliver my order so I had to go and complain to Pizza Express. They were awesome, made us more food fresh and gave us free drinks. Can't fault them at all. But I'll never touch Uber Eats ever again.

Placed an order on Deliveroo. They cancelled it 25 minutes after I placed my order because they ran out of gluten free bases. Why not cancel it immediately??? The app literally said my order was being prepared. So now I’m annoyed and hungry. I’m hangry. Either take the GF bases off the app so it’s not even an option or how about always having them in stock since it’s one of the only places I can get a GF pizza in town.

Lovely atmosphere and welcoming staff. We were served by Aurimas who was very friendly and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious too!

Ordered a burnt end pizza Says hint of Chipotle My mouthwas on fire for 2 hours couldn't eat it They said nobody else complained Not my problem I avoided all the pizza that may be spicy After complaining then ignored Awful experience will never go back Shocking

We rang this restaurant to make sure it catered for disabilities We were assured it did. On arrival we were met by Joe who showed us to an ideal table It was my partners first time out to a busy restaurant after a life changing injuryAll the staff were lovely but Joe in particular made sure that we had everything we needed to make it a positive experienceIf you are disabled or not I would highly recommend going here as food and staff are exceptional. Thank you so much for making what could have been a stressful outing into a positive and happy one We will see you again very soon

After being to many pizza expresses as they offer a get vegan menu this is by far the best. The staff are fantastic, the food is great and it's so clean here.Dietary restrictions: Vegan

Standard pizza and pasta joint. We asked for a quiet table at the far end. We were seated two tables from a table with two toddlers. Lot of screeching throughout out meal. (My friends had accepted the table before I could intervene.) I had chicken caesar, which was awful. We had to repeatedly ask for oil and vinegar, and pepper, and cutlery for the main course, and for the bill. £160 for four, two / three courses, wine and coffee.
Food ok but pizza is nothing special for a company with pizza in the name. Pasta arrived incorrect and 15 minutes before the rest of the food came at the table. Service was good.
